สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ โดยศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มีความประสงค์จ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาระบบจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์กลาง (MOE Mail) ซึ่งเป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำคัญสำหรับการสื่อสารและประสานงานภายในและภายนอกกระทรวง เนื่องจากระบบดังกล่าวซึ่งประกอบด้วยเครื่องแม่ข่าย Dell EMC VXRail P570F, อุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัยเครือข่าย Forcepoint รุ่น 2101 และอุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ Switch Dell EMC S4148F-ON มีอายุการใช้งานเข้าสู่ปีที่ 6 ซึ่งเสี่ยงต่อการขัดข้องจากการเสื่อมสภาพและสิ้นสุดระยะเวลารับประกันจากผู้ผลิต
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรักษาความพร้อมใช้งานของระบบอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ทุกวัน (24x7) ลดความเสี่ยงจากการหยุดชะงัก เพิ่มความมั่นคงปลอดภัย และรักษาเสถียรภาพในการให้บริการ งานบำรุงรักษาจะดำเนินการเป็นระยะเวลา 6 เดือน ครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาทั้งเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) เช่น การทำความสะอาดและตรวจสอบสภาพการทำงาน, การบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance), การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคจากระยะไกล (Remote Support) และการเข้าปฏิบัติงานแก้ไขปัญหา ณ ศูนย์ข้อมูลกลางของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (MOE Data Center) เมื่อจำเป็น โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 2,359,002 บาท
The Ministry of Education’s Office of the Permanent Secretary, through its Information and Communication Technology Center, intends to hire maintenance services for its central email system (MOE Mail). This system is a critical infrastructure for internal and external communication and coordination within the ministry. The maintenance is required because the system’s components—including Dell EMC VXRail P570F servers, Forcepoint 2101 network security appliances, and Dell EMC S4148F-ON switches—are entering their 6th year of operation. This increases the risk of failure due to hardware degradation and the expiration of manufacturer warranties.
The project’s objectives are to ensure the system’s continuous 24/7 availability, reduce the risk of service disruption, enhance security, and maintain service stability. The maintenance service will be provided for a duration of 6 months. It encompasses preventive maintenance (e.g., cleaning and operational status checks), corrective maintenance, remote technical support, and on-site service at the MOE Data Center when remote resolution is not possible. The total approved budget for this project is 2,359,002 Baht.
