สถาบันสารสนเทศทรัพยากรน้ำ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สสน. ต้องการดำเนินการจ้างผลิตและบรรจุชุดควบคุมการทำงานสำหรับสถานีโทรมาตรอัตโนมัติ จำนวน 1 รายการ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อใช้ชุดควบคุมนี้เป็นส่วนประกอบสำคัญในการติดตั้งสถานีโทรมาตรอัตโนมัติใหม่ รวมถึงนำไปเปลี่ยนทดแทนอุปกรณ์ควบคุมเดิมที่ชำรุดหรือเสื่อมสภาพในสถานีโทรมาตรที่มีอยู่กว่า 1,000 สถานี ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของ สสน.
โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนงานเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพสถานีโทรมาตรอัตโนมัติในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เพื่อให้การสนับสนุนข้อมูลแบบเรียลไทม์ที่มีเสถียรภาพและทันสมัยยิ่งขึ้นแก่คลังข้อมูลน้ำและสภาพภูมิอากาศแห่งชาติ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น สำนักงานทรัพยากรน้ำแห่งชาติ (สทนช.) โดยข้อมูลจากสถานีโทรมาตรเหล่านี้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการบริหารจัดการน้ำ การเฝ้าระวังสถานการณ์น้ำ และการแจ้งเตือนภัยพิบัติ ผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น แอปพลิเคชันไลน์และเว็บไซต์ www.thaiwater.net
The Hydro-Informatics Institute (Public Organization), or HII, requires a contractor to manufacture and assemble 1 unit of a control module for automatic telemetry stations. The primary objective is to use this control module as a key component for installing new automatic telemetry stations and for replacing old, damaged, or deteriorated equipment in the existing network of over 1,000 stations under HII’s management.
This project is part of the plan to enhance the performance of automatic telemetry stations in the fiscal year 2026. The goal is to provide more stable and modern real-time data to the National Water and Climate Data Center and related agencies, such as the Office of National Water Resources (ONWR). Data from these stations plays a crucial role in water management, situation monitoring, and disaster warning through various channels like the Line application and the www.thaiwater.net website.
