สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงวัฒนธรรมเปิดประมูลจ้างจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมภาพยนตร์ไทยในงานเทศกาลภาพยนตร์เมืองคานส์ ครั้งที่ 79 ประจำปี 2569 (Cannes Film Festival 2026) โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกิจกรรม “Content Thailand” ซึ่งบูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างหลายหน่วยงานภาครัฐ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์และศักยภาพของอุตสาหกรรมภาพยนตร์และวีดิทัศน์ไทยในเวทีโลก ส่งเสริมการเป็นสถานที่ถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศ (Film Shooting Destination) และสร้างเครือข่ายธุรกิจระหว่างผู้ประกอบการไทยกับนักลงทุนต่างชาติ
ขอบเขตงานหลักของผู้รับจ้างคือการจัดพิธีเปิดคูหาประชาสัมพันธ์ประเทศไทย (Thailand Pavilion) และจัดกิจกรรม Director Talk (การแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้จากผู้กำกับภาพยนตร์ไทย) ณ หมู่บ้านนานาชาติ (Village International) โดยต้องรับผิดชอบงานทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่การจัดทำแผนดำเนินงาน กรอบแนวคิด รูปแบบกิจกรรม แผนประชาสัมพันธ์ และการประสานงานกับผู้กำกับหรือโปรดิวเซอร์ที่เหมาะสม พร้อมทั้งประกันความเรียบร้อยของกิจกรรมตามกำหนดเวลา งานต้องแล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา งบประมาณกลางสำหรับโครงการนี้กำหนดไว้ที่ 1,107,300 บาท
The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Culture, is seeking a contractor to organize the opening ceremony of the Thailand Pavilion and a Director Talk activity at the 79th Cannes Film Festival 2026 in France, scheduled for May 12-23, 2026. This project is part of the integrated “Content Thailand” initiative aimed at promoting the Thai film and video industry internationally.
The contractor’s primary responsibilities include planning and executing the opening ceremony of the promotional booth representing Thailand’s film industry and facilitating a knowledge-sharing session with a Thai film director. The scope encompasses overall event planning, conceptual design, public relations strategy, and coordination with suitable directors or producers. The project must be completed within 90 days from the contract signing date. The estimated budget for this procurement is 1,107,300 Thai Baht.
