กรมการจัดหางานริเริ่มโครงการจัดทำระบบเรซูเม่แห่งชาติ (Thai National Resume) เพื่อส่งเสริมการจ้างงานอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการแก้ไขปัญหาและเพิ่มโอกาสในการหางานของประชาชนทุกกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ผ่านการพัฒนาระบบดิจิทัลที่ทันสมัย โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการยกระดับบริการจัดหางานสู่รูปแบบ Personalized One-Stop Services โดยใช้ Customer Persona เป็นฐาน
ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นจะทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางข้อมูลรายบุคคล (Data Hub) โดยจะเชื่อมโยงและบูรณาการข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐหลัก เช่น กระทรวงแรงงาน กระทรวงมหาดไทย กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ และกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม ข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะถูกนำไปวิเคราะห์เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจเชิงลึกด้านตลาดแรงงานในมิติต่างๆ
สำหรับผู้สมัครงาน ระบบจะช่วยให้สามารถสร้างและจัดการประวัติส่วนบุคคลในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Digital Resume) ที่มีมาตรฐานและดึงดูดความสนใจของนายจ้างได้ง่ายขึ้น ลดความซับซ้อนในการจัดทำเรซูเม่ โดยเฉพาะสำหรับผู้ที่เพิ่งเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน สำหรับนายจ้างและสถานประกอบการ ระบบจะให้เครื่องมือในการค้นหา คัดกรอง และเลือกเรซูเม่ที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงกับความต้องการจ้างงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและแม่นยำ
นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังรวมถึงการพัฒนาระบบพิสูจน์ตัวตนแบบ Single Sign-On (SSO) เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้สามารถเข้าถึงบริการต่างๆ ของกรมการจัดหางานได้อย่างสะดวกรวดเร็วผ่านแพลตฟอร์มเดียว โครงการครอบคลุมงานครบวงจร ตั้งแต่การพัฒนาระบบตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค (Functional & Non-Functional Requirements) การทดสอบระบบ การฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งาน และการบำรุงรักษาระบบตลอดระยะเวลารับประกันผลงาน
The Department of Employment is initiating the Thai National Resume System project to promote sustainable employment. The main objective is to address challenges and increase job opportunities for all target groups through the development of a modern digital platform. This project aims to elevate employment services to a personalized one-stop service model using customer personas as a foundation.
The system to be developed will serve as a centralized data hub, integrating information from key government agencies such as the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. This integrated data will be analyzed to generate in-depth insights into various dimensions of the labor market.
For job seekers, the system will facilitate the creation and management of standardized, attractive digital resumes, simplifying the resume-building process, especially for new labor market entrants. For employers and enterprises, the system will provide efficient tools to search, filter, and select resumes that match their specific hiring needs accurately.
Furthermore, the project includes the development of a Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication system, allowing users to conveniently access various Department of Employment services through a single platform. The project encompasses a full cycle of work, including system development according to technical specifications (Functional & Non-Functional Requirements), system testing, user training, and system maintenance throughout the warranty period.
