สถาบันสารสนเทศทรัพยากรน้ำ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สสน. เปิดประกวดราคาจ้างเหมาบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายและระบบรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย (Network and Security) เพื่อสนับสนุนให้ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศภายในองค์กรมีเสถียรภาพ มีความปลอดภัย และลดความเสี่ยงจากการหยุดทำงาน (Down Time) โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 3,000,000 บาท
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย การให้บริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขอุปกรณ์ระบบเครือข่ายและระบบรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยตามรายการในเอกสารแนบ 1 ซึ่งรวมถึงอุปกรณ์หลักยี่ห้อต่างๆ เช่น Cisco (Core Switch, Wireless Controller), Palo Alto (Next Generation Firewall) และ F5 (Server Load Balancer) ผู้รับจ้างต้องให้บริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ตรวจสอบสภาพการทำงานทุก 3 เดือน ตลอดอายุสัญญา และให้บริการซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) เมื่อเกิดเหตุขัดข้องแบบ 8x5 Next Business Day (วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ 09.00-17.00 น.) พร้อมจัดให้มีศูนย์รับเรื่อง (Call Center) ที่ให้บริการตลอดชั่วโมงทำการ
งานต้องแล้วเสร็จภายใน 365 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยการจ่ายเงินแบ่งออกเป็น 4 งวด งวดละ 25% ของมูลค่าสัญญา หลังจากส่งมอบรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานบำรุงรักษาตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดและผ่านการตรวจรับ
The Hydro-Informatics Institute (HII), a public organization, is inviting bids for the maintenance of network and security systems. The project, with a total budget of 3,000,000 THB, aims to ensure the stability, security, and continuous operation of the institute’s IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime risks.
The core scope of work involves providing maintenance and repair services for specified network and security equipment listed in the attachment (including brands like Cisco, Palo Alto, and F5). The contractor is required to perform preventive maintenance (PM) checks every three months throughout the contract period and provide corrective maintenance (CM) services under an 8x5 Next Business Day support model (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). A dedicated call center operating during business hours must also be established.
The project duration is 365 days from the contract signing date. Payments will be made in four equal installments (25% each), upon the submission and acceptance of summarized maintenance performance reports at specified milestones.
