This project, initiated by Uthai Thani Province, aims to develop community-based cultural tourism potential and boost the local economy using cultural capital in the Lower Northern Region 2. The approved budget is 1,844,066.67 THB.

The scope of work involves planning and executing activities to enhance community capabilities, focusing on presenting the way of life of model communities under the theme “Travel Community, See the Way of Life.” The contractor is responsible for creative design elements, including designing theme zones and booths, arranging light and sound (Light and Sound) shows to narrate community stories, designing entrance arches, check-in/photo spots, cultural performances, and model house designs.

Bidders must prepare a technical proposal, format, and conceptual design for the event in PDF/PPT/video clip format for presentation to the committee by April 20, 2026. Bid evaluation employs the “price plus other criteria” method, with a 30% weight on price and 70% on technical/quality aspects. The project completion period must not exceed 60 days from the contract signing date.
