การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (กฟภ.) มีความประสงค์ที่จะประกวดราคาจ้างโครงการ “ระบบฐานข้อมูลสำหรับเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลมิเตอร์ในระบบอ่านหน่วยอัตโนมัติ” ด้วยวิธี e-bidding ปัจจุบัน กฟภ. มีมิเตอร์ระบบ AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) ที่ติดตั้งตั้งแต่ปี 2550 จำนวน 95,250 เครื่อง และระบบ AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) ซึ่งติดตั้งเพิ่มในปี 2565 อีก 70,000 เครื่อง รวมทั้งหมด 165,250 เครื่องลง ซึ่งระบบทั้งหมดจะส่งข้อมูลมาที่ฐานข้อมูลยังส่วนกลางทุกๆ 15 นาที ก็เกินกว่า 24 ชม ข้อมูล 100% เมื่อวันแล้วมันไหลมาจน choke ถку เลยมใหญ่ scale จะทำงานช้าล-เป้าด
