กรมชลประทาน เปิดประกวดราคาเพื่อจ้างทำอุปกรณ์ตรวจวัดระยะไกล (Remote Terminal Unit: RTU) รุ่น Specifications No. So๕๗๙-๙๙๙๙-๐๑๕๗ พร้อมอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ อีกจำนวน 27 รายการ สำหรับงานก่อสร้างฝายกั้นน้ำห้วยสำราญ ในพื้นที่ตำบลปะอาว อำเภออุทุมพรพิสัย จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อพัฒนาระบบส่งน้ำและการกระจายน้ำจากแหล่งน้ำธรรมชาติไปยังพื้นที่การเกษตรและเพื่อการอุปโภคบริโภค ปัจจุบันระบบควบคุมบานระบายน้ำยังเป็นระบบ Manual ทำให้ขาดประสิทธิภาพและเป็นภาระด้านบุคลากร โครงการนี้จึงมุ่งนำระบบควบคุมด้วยไฟฟ้าและระบบ SCADA มาใช้เพื่อให้สามารถควบคุมการเปิด-ปิดบานระบายน้ำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวดเร็ว และลดการใช้แรงงาน บริษัทที่ได้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการจัดหาครุภัณฑ์ อุปกรณ์ ติดตั้งระบบ และกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องให้แล้วเสร็จตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคทั้งหมด วงเงินงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 2,717,000 บาท และกำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งโครงการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 180 วัน นับจากได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มงาน
The Royal Irrigation Department, through the Sisaket Irrigation Project, invites bids for the procurement and installation of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) with Specifications No. So๕๗๙-๙๙๙๙-๐๑๕๗ and 26 other items (27 items total) for the Huai Samran Water Gate Construction Project in Pa-Ao Subdistrict, Uthumphon Phisai District, Sisaket Province. The primary objective is to modernize the water distribution system by automating the control of the water gate’s discharge gates. Currently, the gate operation is manual, which is inefficient and labor-intensive. This project aims to implement an electric control and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system to enable efficient, rapid, and remote control and monitoring of water flow, thereby optimizing water management and reducing personnel requirements. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying all equipment, materials, installation, and related activities as per the technical specifications. The approved budget for the contract is 2,717,000 THB, and the project completion deadline is 180 days from the date of receiving the official work commencement notice.
