เทศบาลเมืองทับกวางริเริ่มโครงการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการการให้บริการประชาชนแบบพกพา (Smart City Application) ภายใต้นโยบายการพัฒนาเมืองอัจฉริยะ (Smart City) และแผนพัฒนาดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการเข้าถึงบริการภาครัฐของประชาชนในพื้นที่ ซึ่งรวมถึงการร้องเรียน การแจ้งปัญหา การติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน และการขอใช้บริการสาธารณะต่างๆ เช่น รถดูดสิ่งปฏิกูล รถลอกท่อระบายน้ำ หรือบริการด้านสาธารณสุข ตลอดจนการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม
แอปพลิเคชันที่จะพัฒนาขึ้นจะเป็นแพลตฟอร์มกลางที่ให้ประชาชนสามารถแจ้งเหตุหรือร้องเรียนปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมในพื้นที่ได้ทันที (เช่น น้ำเสีย กลิ่นเหม็น ขยะ PM2.5 PM10 หรือเสียงรบกวน) และติดตามผลการแก้ไขปัญหาและโครงการฟื้นฟูสิ่งแวดล้อมของเทศบาลได้ด้วยตนเอง นอกจากนี้ แอปพลิเคชันยังช่วยให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม เช่น สถานะคุณภาพน้ำ คุณภาพอากาศ หรือกิจกรรมฟื้นฟูในพื้นที่เหมือง และมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูสิ่งแวดล้อมผ่านกิจกรรมดิจิทัล เช่น การรายงานจุดเสี่ยง
โครงการนี้ไม่เพียงแต่ยกระดับการบริการประชาชนให้สะดวกรวดเร็วและโปร่งใส แต่ยังมุ่งสร้างกลไกดิจิทัลเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และจัดการปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของเทศบาล อันจะนำไปสู่การสร้างฐานข้อมูลสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบเรียลไทม์ (Real-time Environmental Data) ที่ใช้ในการวางแผน ฟื้นฟู และกำหนดนโยบายสิ่งแวดล้อมของเทศบาลได้อย่างยั่งยืน
The Thap Kwang Municipality initiates the “Mobile Public Service Management System Installation Project” under the Smart City development policy and the digital development plan for economy and society. This project aims to address the public’s difficulties in accessing government services in the area, including filing complaints, reporting issues, tracking progress, and requesting public services such as vacuum trucks, drain cleaning services, or public health services, as well as receiving environmental information.
The application to be developed will serve as a central platform allowing citizens to instantly report or complain about environmental issues in the area (e.g., wastewater, odors, waste, PM2.5, PM10, or noise pollution) and track the resolution of problems and the municipality’s environmental restoration projects themselves. Furthermore, the application will enable citizens to access environmental information such as water quality status, air quality, or restoration activities in mining areas, and participate in conservation and restoration through digital activities like reporting risk points.
This project not only elevates public services to be convenient, fast, and transparent but also aims to create a digital mechanism to enhance the municipality’s efficiency in monitoring, inspecting, and managing environmental issues. This will lead to the establishment of a real-time environmental database used for sustainable environmental planning, restoration, and policy formulation by the municipality.
