โครงการพัฒนานวัตกรรมและ Digital Service เพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดงานในอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ โดยมีกิจกรรมหลักคือ “ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับการสนับสนุนงานไมซ์ (TCEB Online Financial Support Request)” ดำเนินการโดยสำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สสปน. ด้วยงบประมาณ 1,500,000 บาท
โครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการจัดงานไมซ์ในประเทศไทยด้วยแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัล และปรับปรุงระบบขอรับสนับสนุนออนไลน์ของ สสปน. ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ขอบเขตการดำเนินงานครอบคลุมอย่างละเอียด เริ่มตั้งแต่การจัดทำแผนงานและโครงสร้างทีมที่มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ การวิเคราะห์ระบบเดิมที่พัฒนาด้วย Kentico CMS การจัดประชุมรวบรวมความต้องการกับผู้ใช้งาน สสปน. ในรูปแบบ Onsite การออกแบบต้นแบบ (Prototype) และ UI/UX ที่รองรับมือถือและแท็บเล็ต ไปจนถึงการพัฒนาเชิงเทคนิคโดยแบ่งเป็นการปรับปรุงส่วนผู้ใช้งาน (Frontend) เช่น การเพิ่มการแจ้งเตือนและขั้นตอนติดตามสถานะ การปรับปรุงส่วนบริหารจัดการ (Backend) เช่น การจัดการเอกสารและการออกรายงาน และการปรับปรุงการเรียกใช้งาน API เพื่อเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ eOffice และ ERP ของ สสปน. โครงการกำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินการรวม 210 วัน พร้อมการบำรุงรักษาระบบหลังส่งมอบเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 180 วัน
This project, titled “Development of Innovation and Digital Service to Support the MICE Industry,” with the main activity being “Improvement and Development of a Web Application for MICE Event Support (TCEB Online Financial Support Request),” is initiated by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB). The project has a budget of 1,500,000 THB.
The objectives are to elevate the standards of MICE events in Thailand through a digital platform and to enhance the efficiency and capacity of TCEB’s existing online financial support request system. The comprehensive scope of work includes project planning and forming a qualified team, analyzing the current system built on Kentico CMS, conducting onsite requirement gathering workshops with TCEB stakeholders, designing a new prototype with responsive UI/UX, and executing technical development. This development encompasses frontend improvements (e.g., notifications, status tracking), backend enhancements (e.g., document management, reporting), and API integration upgrades to connect with TCEB’s eOffice and ERP systems. The total project duration is 210 days, followed by a mandatory warranty and maintenance period of at least 180 days after final delivery.
