รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สสปน. มีความประสงค์จะจ้างพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการข้อมูลสำหรับแพลตฟอร์มกลาง (Data Portal Platform) เพื่อเชื่อมโยงการจัดอีเว้นท์ (MICE) ทั่วประเทศ วงเงินงบประมาณ 3,000,000 บาท (สามล้านบาทถ้วน) ซึ่งรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดแล้ว
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับการอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดกิจกรรมไมซ์อย่างครบวงจร สร้างแพลตฟอร์มกลางสำหรับเชื่อมโยงและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลภายในอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ และวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมผู้ใช้เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีขึ้น
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมหลายด้าน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างสารสนเทศของ สสปน. (รวมถึงระบบ Thai MICE Connect, BizConnect, Event Calendar) การปรับปรุงและพัฒนา Mobile Application เดิมให้ทันสมัย โดยเพิ่มฟังก์ชันหลักเช่น Explore, Deals, Trip, Events และฟีเจอร์เช่นระบบแปลภาษา AI (Multi-language Support) การพัฒนาส่วนเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลด้วยเทคโนโลยี API มาตรฐาน การพัฒนา Web Application สำหรับแสดงผลข้อมูลที่ต่อยอดจาก Mobile Application การปรับปรุง Web Application สำหรับผู้ดูแลระบบและผู้ประกอบการ ตลอดจนการฝึกอบรม การติดตั้งทดสอบระบบ (รวม UAT) การจัดทำคู่มือผู้ใช้ และการดูแลบำรุงรักษาระบบเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี หลังตรวจรับงาน
ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบงานเป็น 3 งวด ภายในระยะเวลาดำเนินงานโครงการทั้งหมด 180 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (Public Organization), or TCEB, is inviting bids for the development of a data management system for a central Data Portal Platform to connect event (MICE) organization nationwide. The project budget is 3,000,000 Baht (inclusive of VAT and all expenses).
The main objectives are to elevate comprehensive MICE event facilitation, create a central platform for data linkage and exchange within the MICE industry, and analyze user behavior to enhance user experience.
The scope of work includes: analyzing TCEB’s information structure (including systems like Thai MICE Connect, BizConnect, Event Calendar); enhancing and developing the existing Mobile Application with modern features such as Explore, Deals, Trip, Events, and AI-powered translation (Multi-language Support); developing data connectivity components using standard API technology; developing a Web Application for data display, extended from the Mobile Application; improving the Web Application for administrators and business operators (merchants); as well as conducting training, system installation and testing (including UAT), preparing user manuals, and providing system maintenance and warranty for 1 year after the final delivery acceptance.
The contractor must deliver the work in 3 installments, with a total project duration of 180 days from the contract signing date.
