กรมศุลกากรได้เปิดเผยร่างขอบเขตของงาน (TOR) สำหรับการจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ภายใต้ “โครงการจัดหาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อรองรับการเชื่อมโยงและการให้บริการทางศุลกากร” โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ได้บริการบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ชุดใหม่ที่เพิ่งติดตั้ง (รหัสโครงการ 210) ซึ่งเป็นระบบเฉพาะสำหรับสนับสนุนการทำงานและให้บริการทางศุลกากรแบบออนไลน์ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ทั้ง Hardware และ Software ที่ติดตั้งในโครงการ 210 นี้ โดยเฉพาะ ประกอบด้วยเครื่องแม่ข่าย Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 V2 สำหรับระบบเสมือน (Virtualization) พร้อมซอฟต์แวร์ VMware vSphere, VSAN, และ vCenter, อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย H3C Switch, ระบบสำรองข้อมูล Veritas Appliance และซอฟต์แวร์ป้องกันไวรัส VMware Carbon Black
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบงานหลัก ได้แก่ การบริหารและการสนับสนุนระบบ, การให้บริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ตามกำหนด, การซ่อมแซมแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแทนอุปกรณ์ที่ชำรุด, การบำรุงรักษา System Software และการปรับปรุงบริการ เพื่อให้ระบบมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด รองรับการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ทั้งส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค และการให้บริการแก่ผู้ประกอบการผ่านช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต่างๆ ได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมั่นคงปลอดภัย
The Customs Department has released a draft Terms of Reference (TOR) for hiring maintenance and repair services for the computer system under the “Computer System Procurement Project to Support Connectivity and Customs Services.” This project aims to secure maintenance services for a newly installed computer system (Project Code 210), a specialized system designed to support 24/7 online customs operations and services.
The scope of work encompasses the maintenance of both hardware and software installed under Project 210. Key components include Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 V2 servers for virtualization with VMware vSphere, VSAN, and vCenter software, H3C network switches, Veritas backup appliances, and VMware Carbon Black antivirus software.
The contractor will be primarily responsible for system administration and support, scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), repair or replacement of faulty equipment, system software maintenance, and service adjustments. The goal is to ensure the system operates at peak efficiency, supporting the work of central and regional customs officers and providing continuous, secure, and stable electronic services to traders.
