ศูนย์เทคโนโลยีโลหะและวัสดุแห่งชาติ (เอ็มเทค) สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างพัฒนา application แบบจำลองวิถีชีวิต เฟสที่ 2 ซึ่งเป็นโครงการต่อเนื่องจากเฟสแรกที่ได้มีการพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อติดตามและวิเคราะห์วิถีชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนมาแล้ว
วัตถุประสงค์หลักของเฟสที่ 2 คือการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลในรูปแบบ Web Application ให้สมบูรณ์ยิ่งขึ้น โดยต่อยอดจากแพลตฟอร์มเดิม (Lifestyle Footprint Web Application) เพื่อให้สามารถเก็บข้อมูลและประเมินค่าประสิทธิภาพเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนทั้งในระดับบุคคลและภาพรวมประเทศได้ดียิ่งขึ้น โดยเฉพาะการพัฒนาและเชื่อมโยงกับโมดูล Standalone สำหรับการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามในพื้นที่ที่ไม่มีสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ต เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้หน่วยงานภายนอกที่ทำหน้าที่เก็บข้อมูล
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของแพลตฟอร์มเดิม, การออกแบบและพัฒนา Web Application ใหม่ให้รองรับการใช้งานผ่านเว็บเบราว์เซอร์หลากหลายชนิด (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari) บนอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ (Desktop, Notebook, Smartphone, Tablet) ด้วยระบบ Responsive Design, การออกแบบ User Interface ที่เป็นสากล และที่สำคัญคือการเพิ่มระดับสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงจาก 2 เป็น 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ ระดับผู้ดูแลระบบ, ระดับหน่วยงานภายนอกผู้จัดเก็บข้อมูล, และระดับผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป
ผลงานที่ต้องส่งมอบคือ Web Application ที่สมบูรณ์พร้อมใช้งาน ซึ่งสามารถประเมินค่าต่างๆ เช่น ปริมาณ Lifestyle material footprint, ปริมาณก๊าซเรือนกระจก (Greenhouse Gas), ค่าประสิทธิภาพการหมุนเวียน (Circular Score) และมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจ (Economic value) โครงการมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 700,000 บาท และกำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC) under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) intends to hire a contractor for the development of the “Lifestyle Model Application, Phase 2”. This project is a continuation from Phase 1, which developed a web application for tracking and analyzing lifestyles according to circular economy principles.
The main objective of Phase 2 is to further develop the digital platform as a Web Application, building upon the existing Lifestyle Footprint Web Application. The goal is to enhance data collection and assessment of circular economy performance metrics at both individual and national levels. A key focus is the development and integration of a Standalone module for field data collection in areas without internet connectivity, facilitating external data collection agencies.
The primary scope of work includes studying and analyzing the components of the existing platform, designing and developing a new Web Application compatible with various web browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari) on multiple devices (Desktop, Notebook, Smartphone, Tablet) using Responsive Design, designing an international User Interface, and crucially, expanding user access levels from 2 to 3 tiers: System Administrator, External Data Collection Agency, and General User.
The deliverable is a fully functional Web Application capable of assessing metrics such as Lifestyle Material Footprint, Greenhouse Gas emissions, Circular Score, and Economic Value. The project has a budget of 700,000 THB and a stipulated implementation period of 120 days from the contract signing date.
