เทศบาลตำบลกะรน เปิดโครงการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างเพื่อจัดงาน “โครงการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์ ประจำปี ๒๕๖๙” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักสามประการ ได้แก่ 1) การอนุรักษ์และสืบสานประเพณีสงกรานต์ในฐานะมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของ UNESCO 2) การกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจและการท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ และ 3) การสร้างภาพลักษณ์ “Karon Safety & Green City” ที่เน้นความปลอดภัยและความรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
โครงการนี้มอบหมายให้ผู้รับจ้างเป็นผู้ดำเนินการจัดงานทั้งหมดอย่างครบวงจร งานหลักประกอบด้วยการจัดการพื้นที่จัดงานบริเวณหาดกะตะ การออกแบบแนวคิด (Concept) และผังแม่บท (Master Site Plan) การก่อสร้างและตกแต่งเวทีแสดงหลักพร้อมระบบอุปกรณ์แสง-สี-เสียงและจอ LED คุณภาพสูง การจัดสถานีกิจกรรมสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว เช่น อุโมงค์น้ำและจุดเล่นปาร์ตี้โฟม การจัดการแสดงในพิธีเปิด การแสดงดนตรี และดีเจชื่อดัง การผลิตและเผยแพร่สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ทั้งคลิปวีดีโอและแบนเนอร์ออนไลน์ ตลอดจนการจัดหาบริการสนับสนุนที่ครบถ้วน เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้าและเครื่องปั่นไฟ รถสุขาเคลื่อนที่ เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยและความสะอาด เจ้าหน้าที่ปฐมพยาบาล และการบันทึกภาพงาน
งานจะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 13 เมษายน 2569 โดยผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ติดตั้งระบบในวันที่ 12 เมษายน และรื้อถอนคืนพื้นที่ในวันที่ 14 เมษายน 2569 พร้อมส่งมอบรายงานและสื่อบันทึกภาพภายใน 5 วันหลังงานเสร็จสิ้น
The Karon Subdistrict Municipality is procuring a contractor to comprehensively organize the “Tourism Promotion Project during the Songkran Festival for the Year 2024”. The project has three main objectives: 1) To preserve and perpetuate the Songkran tradition as a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage, 2) To stimulate the local economy and tourism, and 3) To establish a “Karon Safety & Green City” image focusing on safety and environmental responsibility.
The contractor will be responsible for the full-scale event management. Key tasks include site management and layout design at Kata Beach, conceptualization and master site planning, construction and decoration of a main stage with high-quality sound, light, and LED screen systems, organizing activity stations like water tunnels and foam parties, managing opening ceremony performances, music shows, and famous DJs, producing and disseminating promotional media (video clips, online banners), and providing complete support services such as power supply and generators, mobile toilets, security and cleaning personnel, medical staff, and event photography/videography.
The event is scheduled for April 13, 2024. The contractor must install systems on April 12, dismantle and restore the site by April 14, 2024, and submit final reports and media records within 5 days after the event concludes.
