ประกวดราคาจ้างพัฒนาระบบการรังวัดด้วยระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (DOL Smart Survey) เพื่อสนับสนุนการยกระดับการปฏิบัติงานด้านรังวัดด้วยระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Smart Survey)

The Department of Lands (DOL) is inviting electronic bids (e-bidding) for the contract to develop an Electronic Survey System (DOL Smart Survey) to support and elevate electronic survey operations. The primary objective is to develop and install a modern information system and hardware infrastructure for land survey work.

The scope of work includes the development of the DOL Smart Survey software, installation and upgrading of computer hardware and network systems for optimal performance, and provision of training services. Additionally, the contractor must provide system maintenance support for a period of not less than 2 years after delivery. This project aims to enable the DOL to conduct survey operations more efficiently, rapidly, and accurately.

Bidders must be legal entities with direct experience in developing information systems and installing computer systems (both hardware and software), having completed at least one project with a contract value of no less than 120 million Baht in a single contract between the years 2020 - 2026. This completed work must have been under a direct contract with a government agency. The winning bid will be selected based primarily on the price criterion (total price).
