This procurement project aims to acquire and install a Geographic Information System (GIS) and related services for efficient water resource management. The scope includes purchasing various ArcGIS Enterprise software licenses and upgrades, developing a GIS Web Application, providing Map Services, preparing spatial Data Layers, designing and developing a data Dashboard, and creating a 3D visualization environment. The project also encompasses system installation, configuration, and tuning on existing infrastructure; user training; long-term software support and maintenance; development of a Business Continuity Plan (BCP); and ongoing technical support. The project emphasizes data security compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and seamless integration with the agency’s existing data.
