โครงการจ้างเหมาบริการบรรจุและส่งยาที่บ้านของโรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครศรีธรรมราช มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับยาที่บ้านโดยไม่ต้องรอคอย ลดความแออัดในโรงพยาบาล และนำเทคโนโลยีเภสัชกรรมทางไกล (Tele-pharmacy) มาใช้เพื่อให้คำแนะนำการใช้ยาและติดตามผลกับผู้ป่วยอย่างทันสมัย
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการให้บริการจัดส่งยาและเวชภัณฑ์จากโรงพยาบาลไปยังบ้านผู้ป่วย โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 รูปแบบ: 1) บริการจัดส่งในพื้นที่รัศมี 25 กิโลเมตร (ระยะทางวิ่งจริง) จากโรงพยาบาล 2) บริการจัดส่งแบบพัสดุทั่วประเทศสำหรับผู้ป่วยนอกเขตดังกล่าว ซึ่งคาดว่าจะให้บริการประมาณ 15,000 ครั้ง
ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบในการพัฒนาหรือจัดให้มีระบบบริการผ่านเว็บแอปพลิเคชันหรือแอปพลิเคชันที่ครอบคลุมฟังก์ชันการทำงานที่กำหนดไว้ เช่น การติดตามสถานะยา การให้คำแนะนำผ่าน Tele-pharmacy การจัดการไรเดอร์ การออกเลขติดตามพัสดุ (Tracking Number) และการจัดทำรายงาน นอกจากนี้ยังต้องจัดเตรียมบรรจุภัณฑ์และดำเนินการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ โครงการนี้ใช้งบประมาณจากเงินนอกงบประมาณ (เงินบำรุง) ปี 2569 จำนวน 750,000 บาท
Maharaj Nakhon Si Thammarat Hospital intends to hire a contractor for home delivery medicine packing and delivery service, with a budget of 750,000 THB. The project aims to facilitate patients by delivering medicines to their homes, reducing hospital congestion, and utilizing tele-pharmacy technology for modern medication guidance and patient follow-up.
The primary scope of work includes delivering medicines and medical supplies from the hospital to patients’ homes, divided into two modes: 1) Delivery within a 25 km radius (actual driving distance) from the hospital, and 2) Parcel delivery nationwide for patients outside this area. The estimated number of services is approximately 15,000 instances.
The contractor is responsible for developing or providing a web/application-based service system with specified functionalities such as status tracking, tele-pharmacy guidance, rider management, tracking number issuance, and report generation. Additionally, the contractor must provide packaging and conduct user satisfaction surveys. The project is funded by the hospital’s extra-budgetary (revolving fund) for fiscal year 2029.
