รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้เป็นงานจ้างเหมาปรนนิบัติบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ของกรมแพทย์ทหารบก (พบ.) เพื่อให้ระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ทั้งระบบ ซึ่งรวมถึงเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Server) อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย (เช่น Switch) อุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัย และอุปกรณ์สำรองไฟฟ้า (UPS) ที่กระจายสัญญาณผ่านสาย Fiber Optic ภายในอาคารอำนวยการและอาคารต่างๆ ของ พบ. ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ต่อเนื่อง และปลอดภัย
วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อปรับปรุงและบำรุงรักษาระบบให้มีอายุการใช้งานที่ยาวนาน และพัฒนาระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยให้ทันสมัยเพื่อป้องกันภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์
ขอบเขตงานกำหนดให้ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการ (Action Plan) สำรวจและรวบรวมข้อมูลระบบที่มีอยู่ จัดทำแบบฟอร์มบริการและรายงานต่างๆ รวมถึงจัดหาบุคลากรเฉพาะทางประจำโครงการ ได้แก่ ผู้ดูแลระบบที่เข้ามาปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่อย่างน้อยสัปดาห์ละ 6 วัน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเครือข่ายที่มี Certificate ระดับ Professional อย่างน้อย 2 คน นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบในการแก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อระบบขัดข้อง โดยมีเวลาเข้าแก้ไขที่เกิดเหตุภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง (เวลาทำการ) หรือ 6 ชั่วโมง (วันหยุด) และต้องแก้ไขให้ใช้งานได้ปกติภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง หากแก้ไขไม่ได้ต้องจัดหาอุปกรณ์ทดแทนที่มีคุณสมบัติไม่ต่ำกว่าภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม
This project is a maintenance service contract for the computer network system of the Army Medical Department. The objective is to maintain and improve the entire network system, including servers, network devices (e.g., switches), security equipment, and UPS systems distributed via Fiber Optic cables within the department’s buildings, ensuring continuous, efficient, and secure operation.
The main goals are to extend the lifespan of the system’s equipment and to modernize the network security system to protect against cyber threats.
The scope of work requires the contractor to develop an Action Plan, survey and compile data on the existing system, create service forms and reports, and provide dedicated specialized personnel for the project. This includes an on-site System Administrator working at least 6 days a week and at least 2 Network Specialists with Professional-level certificates. The contractor is also responsible for emergency troubleshooting, requiring a response to the site within 4 hours (working days) or 6 hours (holidays) and restoration of service within 24 hours of notification. If repair is impossible, the contractor must provide a replacement component or device of equal or better specification within 48 hours at no additional cost.
