กองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการ (กบข.) ประกาศจัดจ้างโครงการพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานแบบอัตโนมัติ (Robotic Process Automation: RPA) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อลดขั้นตอนและระยะเวลาในงานประจำแบบ Manual เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและมาตรฐานการทำงาน ลดความผิดพลาด และเพิ่มศักยภาพให้บุคลากรกบข. โครงการนี้มุ่งนำเทคโนโลยี RPA ที่มีความสามารถครบวงจรมาใช้ในการเปลี่ยนกระบวนการทำงานเดิมให้เป็นแบบอัตโนมัติ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการดำเนินงานแบบโครงการเต็มรูปแบบ เริ่มตั้งแต่การจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงาน การศึกษาทบทวนและรวบรวมข้อมูลกระบวนการปัจจุบัน การออกแบบเอกสารระบบ (PDD) และเอกสารสถาปัตยกรรมระบบ การจัดหาและติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์ RPA ที่ต้องได้รับการจัดอันดับเป็นผู้นำ (Leader) จาก Gartner Magic Quadrant ประจำปี 2567 หรือ 2568 และมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่ระบุไว้อย่างละเอียด
ผู้รับจ้างต้องพัฒนาและติดตั้งบอทอัตโนมัติสำหรับ 3 กระบวนการหลัก ได้แก่ 1) กระบวนการนำเอกสารเข้าสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์โดยอัตโนมัติ 2) กระบวนการสนับสนุนงาน Mark-to-Market (MTM) สำหรับสินทรัพย์ทางเลือก (Alternative Investment) และ 3) กระบวนการบันทึกและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องรายการ MIC รวมถึงการจัดทำเอกสารทดสอบระบบ การอบรมผู้ดูแลระบบและผู้ใช้ การจัดทำคู่มือ และการให้บริการบำรุงรักษาตามระยะเวลาสัญญา โครงการมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 2,000,000 บาท และกำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินงานแล้วเสร็จไม่เกิน 150 วัน
The Government Pension Fund (GPF) of Thailand is inviting bids for a project to implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The primary objectives are to reduce manual steps and processing time in routine tasks, enhance operational efficiency and standardization, minimize errors, and build internal capacity. The project aims to leverage a comprehensive, end-to-end RPA platform to automate existing manual processes.
The scope of work entails a full project lifecycle, starting with project planning, current process analysis and documentation, system design (Process Design Document and System Architecture Design), and procurement and installation of an RPA software that must be ranked as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for 2024 or 2025, meeting all detailed technical specifications.
The contractor is required to develop and deploy automated bots for three key processes: 1) Automated document intake for the electronic filing system, 2) Automation support for Mark-to-Market (MTM) processes for Alternative Investments, and 3) Automated recording and validation of MIC transactions. Additional deliverables include test documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT), administrator and end-user training, user manuals, and post-implementation maintenance and support. The project has a budget of 2,000,000 THB and must be completed within 150 days from contract signing or notice to proceed.
