รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้จัดโดยองค์การบริหารการพัฒนาพื้นที่พิเศษเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน (อพท.) เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainable Tourism Management Standard: STMS) ในระดับท้องถิ่น วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อส่งเสริมและเสริมสร้างศักยภาพให้กับองค์กรจัดการด้านการท่องเที่ยว (Destination Management Organization: DMO) ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่คือองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในพื้นที่พิเศษและพื้นที่เป้าหมายของ อพท. ให้สามารถบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวได้อย่างมีมาตรฐานและยั่งยืน
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยสองส่วนใหญ่ คือ 1) การจัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ (Study Tour) โดยออกแบบโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้ที่รวมการเดินทางไปศึกษาดูงาน ณ แหล่งท่องเที่ยวหรือหน่วยงานต้นแบบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน เป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 4 วัน 3 คืน สำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมไม่น้อยกว่า 60 คน โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องดูแลการเดินทาง ที่พัก อาหาร อุปกรณ์ วิทยากร และการอำนวยความสะดวกทั้งหมด 2) การจัดงานมอบประกาศนียบัตรหรือกิจกรรมพิเศษ จำนวน 1 ครั้ง เพื่อยกย่องและเผยแพร่ผลสำเร็จขององค์กรที่สามารถปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน STMS ได้ พร้อมจัดการด้านสถานที่ พิธีกร ของที่ระลึก และการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อต่างๆ
ผู้รับจ้างยังมีหน้าที่ในการเผยแพร่ผลการดำเนินงานของโครงการผ่านช่องทางสื่อต่างๆ อย่างกว้างขวาง เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้และกระตุ้นให้เกิดการพัฒนาตามมาตรฐานอย่างต่อเนื่องในวงกว้าง
This project is organized by the Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration (DASTA) to promote the implementation of the Sustainable Tourism Management Standard (STMS) at the local level. The main objective is to enhance the capacity of Destination Management Organizations (DMOs), primarily local administrative organizations, in DASTA’s special and target areas to manage tourism according to sustainable standards.
The key scope of work consists of two major parts: 1) Organizing a knowledge exchange and experience-building study tour. The contractor must design a learning program that includes travel to study exemplary tourism destinations or organizations related to sustainable tourism management. The tour must last at least 4 days and 3 nights for no fewer than 60 participants. The contractor is responsible for all travel, accommodation, meals, materials, facilitators, and logistics. 2) Organizing a certificate award ceremony or special event, once, to recognize and publicize the achievements of organizations that have successfully complied with the STMS. This includes managing the venue, emcee, souvenirs, and publicity through various media channels.
The contractor is also responsible for widely disseminating the project’s outcomes through various media channels to raise awareness and incentivize broader adoption of the sustainable tourism standard.
