กองคลังและทรัพย์สิน มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา เปิดประกวดราคาเพื่อดำเนินการต่ออายุสัญญาการรับประกันและบริการสนับสนุนสำหรับอุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์ของ Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) ซึ่งเป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานหลักของระบบบริหารทรัพยากรองค์กร (BUU-ERP) ของมหาวิทยาลัย วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อรักษาความต่อเนื่องและประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบ ลดความเสี่ยงจากเหตุขัดข้องที่อาจกระทบต่อการดำเนินงานและระบบสำรองข้อมูล รวมทั้งเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของระบบสารสนเทศของมหาวิทยาลัย
ขอบเขตงานมุ่งเน้นการจัดหาบริการต่ออายุการรับประกัน (Support Agreement) เป็นระยะเวลา 12 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 7 พฤษภาคม 2569 ถึง 6 พฤษภาคม 2570 สำหรับอุปกรณ์ 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ 1) เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย HPE DL380 Gen10 จำนวน 2 เครื่อง 2) อุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูล HPE StoreOnce 3620 24TB จำนวน 1 เครื่อง และ 3) อุปกรณ์ระบบประมวลผลและจัดเก็บข้อมูล HPE NS dHCI with Alletra 6010 จำนวน 1 ชุด ระดับการบริการที่ต้องการคือ Tech Care Essential 24x7 Onsite สำหรับเครื่องแม่ข่ายและสตอเรจ และ NS 12M 4H Onsite Exchange Support สำหรับระบบ dHCI ซึ่งครอบคลุมค่าแรงและอะไหล่ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ทุกวัน
ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนหลักในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น และต้องสามารถดำเนินการลงทะเบียนต่ออายุสัญญาในระบบของ HPE ได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน
The Treasury and Property Division of Burapha University is conducting an electronic bid (e-bidding) for the renewal of warranty and support services for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) hardware equipment that supports the University’s Enterprise Resource Planning (BUU-ERP) system. The primary objectives are to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the system, reduce the risk of disruptions that could impact university operations and the backup system, and enhance the overall security and availability of the university’s information systems.
The scope of work focuses on procuring a 12-month warranty renewal (Support Agreement) from May 7, 2026, to May 6, 2027, for three types of equipment: 1) Two units of HPE DL380 Gen10 servers, 2) One unit of HPE StoreOnce 3620 24TB storage, and 3) One set of HPE NS dHCI with Alletra 6010 compute and storage system. The required service level is Tech Care Essential 24x7 Onsite for servers and storage, and NS 12M 4H Onsite Exchange Support for the dHCI system, covering labor and parts 24 hours a day, every day.
Bidders must be authorized resellers or distributors appointed by the manufacturer or its master distributor in Thailand. They must also be capable of completing the warranty renewal registration process in HPE’s system correctly and completely.
