รายละเอียดการจ้าง
กรมการพัฒนาชุมชนมีความประสงค์จะจ้างดำเนินโครงการค่าบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัยระบบเครือข่ายด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีราคากลาง 2,161,277.32 บาท เพื่อให้บริการบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายให้มีประสิทธิภาพและรองรับการใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นเวลา 365 วัน
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการดูแลและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัยระบบเครือข่าย (Firewall) ยี่ห้อ Watchguard ได้แก่ Firebox M4600 จำนวน 2 ระบบที่ศูนย์ควบคุมระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ และ Firebox T Series (T30) จำนวน 76 ระบบที่สำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชนจังหวัดทุกจังหวัด นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูลจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์ (Log File) ยี่ห้อ SRAN รุ่น SRAN LT50 Hybrid จำนวน 2 ระบบ เพื่อบันทึกประวัติการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตให้เป็นไปตาม พ.ร.บ. คอมพิวเตอร์
ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษาภายใน 15 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา ให้บริการ HTTPS และระบบ Monitor Centralized สำหรับอุปกรณ์ Firebox T30 รวมถึงรับประกันอุปกรณ์ทุกชิ้นส่วนให้สามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ มีประสิทธิภาพ และดำเนินการส่ง System log ไปยัง Log Server ของกรมได้อย่างถูกต้อง
The Department of Community Development is announcing a bid for a network security equipment maintenance project via electronic bidding (e-bidding), with an estimated budget of 2,161,277.32 THB. The project aims to maintain the efficiency and continuous operation of the network security system for a period of 365 days.
The primary scope of work includes the maintenance of network security equipment (Firewalls), specifically Watchguard Firebox M4600 models (2 units) at the computer system control center and Watchguard Firebox T Series (T30) models (76 units) at all Provincial Community Development Offices. The maintenance also covers log file storage devices, SRAN LT50 Hybrid models (2 units), to record internet usage history in compliance with the Computer Crime Act.
The contractor is required to submit a maintenance plan within 15 days after signing the contract, provide HTTPS and centralized monitoring services for the T30 firewalls, guarantee all equipment parts for normal and efficient operation, and ensure proper transmission of system logs to the department’s Log Server.
