สำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดเลย มีโครงการจ้างเหมาบริการจัดงานอนุรักษ์บุญบั้งไฟเอราวัณ อำเภอเอราวัณ จังหวัดเลย ภายใต้โครงการอนุรักษ์ฟื้นฟูและยกระดับวัฒนธรรม ประเพณี เทศกาล และสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยใช้งบประมาณประจำปี 2569
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมประเพณีท้องถิ่น ส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว และสร้างรายได้ให้ชุมชน กำหนดจัดงานขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 16 - 18 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ อำเภอเอราวัณ จังหวัดเลย
ขอบเขตงานที่ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบครอบคลุมทุกด้าน เริ่มตั้งแต่การวางแผนงาน การเสนอแนวคิด (Theme) และรูปแบบการจัดงานภายใต้คอนเซปต์ “อนุรักษ์บุญบั้งไฟเอราวัณ” การออกแบบและจัดเตรียมสถานที่ จัดพิธีเปิดงานและกิจกรรมบนเวที จัดการประกวดขบวนแห่บั้งไฟจากโรงเรียนและชุมชน 5 ขบวน ตลอดจนการประชาสัมพันธ์งานผ่านป้ายบิลบอร์ดขนาดใหญ่จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ป้าย ผู้รับจ้างต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายและดูแลการติดตั้งและรื้อถอนอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ภายในเวลาที่กำหนด
The Loei Provincial Cultural Office is procuring contractor services to organize the “Erawan Rocket Festival Conservation” event in Erawan District, Loei Province, under the project to conserve, restore, and elevate culture, traditions, festivals, and the environment to promote creative tourism, using the fiscal year 2029 budget.
The project aims to preserve local cultural traditions, promote tourism, and generate income for the community. The event is scheduled from May 16-18, 2029, in Erawan District, Loei Province.
The contractor’s scope of work is comprehensive, covering all aspects from initial planning, proposing a theme and event format under the concept “Conserving the Erawan Rocket Festival,” designing and preparing the venue, organizing the opening ceremony and stage activities, managing a parade contest of 5 rocket processions from schools and communities, to publicizing the event via at least 4 large billboards. The contractor is responsible for all associated costs and must handle the installation and dismantling of all equipment within the specified deadlines.
