รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสนับสนุนการสื่อสารบริการทางการแพทย์ของโรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์และเผยแพร่ภาพลักษณ์ด้านสุขภาพ โครงการ และภารกิจต่างๆ ของราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ให้แก่ประชาชน ผ่านการต่ออายุระบบ LINE Official Account ประเภทพรีเมียม (@Chulabhornhospital) เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี (9 กรกฎาคม 2569 – 30 มิถุนายน 2570) และพัฒนาระบบ AI Chatbot ใหม่
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนสําคัญ ได้แก่ 1) การดําเนินการเป็นตัวแทนจัดหาและต่ออายุการใช้ระบบ LINE Official Account ซึ่งต้องรองรับการส่งข้อความ Broadcast ได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 12 ล้านข้อความต่อเดือน พร้อมให้คําแนะนําการใช้งานและดูแลความปลอดภัย 2) การจัดทํา พัฒนา และติดตั้งระบบ AI Chatbot สําหรับโรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ที่สามารถใช้งานได้ทั้งบน LINE OA และ Facebook Messenger พร้อมดูแลบํารุงรักษาตลอดสัญญา โดยระบบต้องมีฟังก์ชันครบถ้วน เช่น Auto-response, Quick Reply, Rich Menu และต้องปฏิบัติตาม PDPA 3) การดําเนินการสรุปรายงานผลการดําเนินงานและสถิติเป็นรายเดือน
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบงานทั้งหมดภายใน 240 วัน แบ่งเป็น 3 งวด และมีงบประมาณโครงการทั้งสิ้น 5,500,000 บาท (รวม VAT แล้ว)
This project aims to support the medical service communication of Chulabhorn Hospital and disseminate the health-related image, projects, and missions of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy to the public. This will be achieved by renewing the premium LINE Official Account (@Chulabhornhospital) for an eighth year, covering a period of one year (9 July 2026 – 30 June 2027), and developing a new AI Chatbot system.
The main scope of work comprises three key parts: 1) Acting as an agent to procure and renew the LINE Official Account service, which must support broadcasting no less than 12 million messages per month, provide usage guidance, and ensure account security. 2) Developing, implementing, and installing an AI Chatbot system for Chulabhorn Hospital that is operable on both the LINE OA and Facebook Messenger platforms, including maintenance for the contract duration. The system must have full functionalities such as auto-response, quick reply, rich menu, and comply with PDPA. 3) Preparing monthly summary reports of operational results and relevant statistics.
The contractor must deliver all work within 240 days, divided into three phases. The total project budget is 5,500,000 Baht (VAT included).
