รายละเอียดการจ้าง
การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (กฟผ.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบงานโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทั้งหมด ณ ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์สำรอง นอกสำนักงานใหญ่ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ซึ่งติดตั้งมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2552 สัญญาบำรุงรักษาเดิมจะสิ้นสุดในวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2569 จึงมีการจัดประกวดราคาครั้งนี้ขึ้น
วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์สำรองมีความมั่นคง ปลอดภัย สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีความพร้อมใช้ และพร้อมให้บริการแบบ 24 ชั่วโมง สัปดาห์ละ 7 วัน (24x7) ตลอดอายุสัญญา
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมระบบทั้งหมด 9 ระบบ ได้แก่ ระบบไฟฟ้าศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์, ระบบปรับอากาศชนิดควบคุมอุณหภูมิและความชื้น (Precision Air) ยี่ห้อ STULZ จำนวน 5 เครื่อง, ระบบปรับอากาศแบบแยกส่วน (Split Type), ระบบตรวจจับน้ำรั่วซึม (Water Sense), ระบบแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติ (Tele alarm), ระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า (Generator) ยี่ห้อ Cummins, และระบบแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้และดับเพลิงอัตโนมัติ (Notifier) การบำรุงรักษาจะต้องรวมค่าอะไหล่ ค่าแรง ค่ายานพาหนะ และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ทั้งหมด ยกเว้นการเติมสารดับเพลิงก๊าซไนโตรเจนซึ่ง กฟผ. จะเป็นผู้จัดหา
สัญญามีระยะเวลา 4 ปี นับจากวันลงนาม ค่าบริการจะชำระเป็นรายงวดทุก 3 เดือน รวม 16 งวด เท่ากันตลอดสัญญา หลังจากส่งแบบฟอร์มบำรุงรักษาและได้รับการตรวจรับแล้ว
The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) intends to hire a contractor for the maintenance and repair of the entire infrastructure system at its backup computer center in Phitsanulok Province for a period of 4 years, with a budget of over 2.6 million THB. The project aims to ensure the stability, security, and continuous 24/7 availability of the center’s critical infrastructure.
The scope of work encompasses the comprehensive maintenance of nine core systems: the computer center electrical system, five units of STULZ precision air conditioning units, split-type air conditioning systems, a Water Sense leak detection system, a Tele alarm automatic notification system, a Cummins generator (315 KVA), and a Notifier fire alarm and automatic suppression system. The contract is all-inclusive, covering spare parts, labor, transportation, and all other costs except for the supply of nitrogen fire suppression gas, which will be provided by EGAT.
Payment will be made in 16 equal quarterly installments throughout the contract term, following the submission and acceptance of maintenance reports.
