รายละเอียดการจ้าง
ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ โดยหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาฟิสิกส์การแพทย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศรีสวางควัฒน มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบำรุงรักษาระบบวางแผนการรักษาเพื่อการเรียนการสอนและการวิจัย (High Performance Computing - HPC) เนื่องจากการรับประกันและบริการซ่อมบำรุงจากผู้ขายเดิมจะสิ้นสุดลงในวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2569 โครงการนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบ HPC ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือที่มีราคาสูงและมีความสำคัญต่อการประมวลผลข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่และซับซ้อนสำหรับงานวิจัยและวิชาการ อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดอย่างต่อเนื่อง
ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการบำรุงรักษาระบบ HPC เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการดูแลให้ระบบสามารถใช้งานได้ต่อเนื่องตลอดเวลาตามมาตรฐานระดับการบริการ (SLA) ที่ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์กำหนด การเสนอราคาจะดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ราคากลาง 1,872,500 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะทาง เช่น การเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิต และมีบุคลากรที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบคอมพิวเตอร์สมรรถนะสูงและระบบ IBM SpectrumScale โดยเฉพาะ
The project, initiated by Chulabhorn Royal Academy’s Master of Science Program in Medical Physics, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj, aims to hire a contractor for the maintenance of a High-Performance Computing (HPC) system used for treatment planning in teaching and research. This is necessary because the existing warranty and maintenance service from the vendor will expire on May 31, 2026. The objective is to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of this high-value HPC system, which is critical for processing large and complex datasets in academic and research activities.
The core scope of work is to provide maintenance services for the HPC system for a period of one year, ensuring its continuous availability and performance according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards set by the Academy. Bidding will be conducted via electronic bidding (e-bidding) with an estimated budget of 1,872,500 THB. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, including being an authorized dealer/reseller of the manufacturer and having personnel with expertise in HPC systems and IBM SpectrumScale software.
