มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม เปิดประกวดราคาจ้างเหมาบริการระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงสำหรับหอพักนักศึกษา จำนวน 500 ห้อง โดยใช้เทคโนโลยี Fiber-to-the-Room (FTTR) บนโครงข่าย Passive Optical Network (PON) โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตให้มีความเสถียร ไม่น้อยกว่า 95% และครอบคลุมพื้นที่ห้องพักไม่น้อยกว่า 95% รองรับการเชื่อมต่อพร้อมกันอย่างน้อย 4 อุปกรณ์ต่อห้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ดิจิทัล การวิจัย และการใช้เครื่องมือปัญญาประดิษฐ์ของนักศึกษาได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย การออกแบบและติดตั้งระบบเครือข่ายใยแก้วนำแสงครบวงจร ตั้งแต่ศูนย์ข้อมูลของมหาวิทยาลัยไปยังแต่ละห้องพัก ซึ่งรวมถึงอุปกรณ์หลัก เช่น OLT, เราท์เตอร์/เกตเวย์, อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ Wi-Fi 6 แบบ ONT/AP ในแต่ละห้อง ตู้ Rack, เครื่องสำรองไฟ UPS และระบบบริหารจัดการเครือข่าย (NMS/Cloud Controller) พร้อมการให้บริการบำรุงรักษาระยะยาว
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จพร้อมใช้งานเบื้องต้นภายใน 90 วัน และมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการรวมทั้งโครงการไม่เกิน 1,580 วัน นับจากวันลงนามสัญญา การชำระเงินแบ่งเป็น 5 งวดตามความก้าวหน้าของงานและการส่งมอบรายงานต่างๆ วงเงินงบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 4,000,000 บาท (สี่ล้านบาทถ้วน)
Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University is inviting bids for a contracting service to install a Fiber-to-the-Room (FTTR) internet network system for 500 student dormitory rooms. The project aims to solve current issues of unstable and insufficient Wi-Fi coverage by deploying a high-speed, stable fiber optic network directly to each room (FTTR over a PON infrastructure). Key objectives include achieving at least 95% service stability and 95% room coverage, supporting a minimum of 4 concurrent devices per room to facilitate digital learning, research, and AI tool usage for students 24/7.
The scope of work encompasses the complete design and installation of the fiber optic network, including core equipment (OLT, Router/Gateway), in-room Wi-Fi 6 ONT/Access Points, racks, UPS, and a network management system (NMS/Cloud Controller), along with integration to the university’s existing data center and long-term maintenance services.
The contractor must complete initial installation and make the system operational within 90 days, with a total project duration not exceeding 1,580 days from contract signing. Payments will be made in 5 installments tied to project milestones and report submissions. The approved budget for this project is 4,000,000 THB (Four Million Baht).
