รายละเอียดการจ้าง
การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย (กทพ.) มีความประสงค์จ้างบริษัทผู้มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการบํารุงรักษาระบบงาน SAP ERP ECC 5.0 และซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งระบบดังกล่าวถูกนํามาใช้สนับสนุนงานบัญชี การเงิน งบประมาณ พัสดุ และบํารุงรักษาตั้งแต่ปี 2559
วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าระบบ SAP ERP และส่วนประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องได้รับการบํารุงรักษาอย่างต่อเนื่องจากเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ (SAP) ผ่านการชําระค่าบํารุงรักษาลิขสิทธิ์แบบ SAP Enterprise Support ประจําปี 2568 ซึ่งครอบคลุมสิทธิ์ในการได้รับการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค แก้ไขปัญหา และอัพเกรดเวอร์ชันในอนาคต
ขอบเขตงานสําคัญประกอบด้วย: 1) จัดทําแผนงานและจัดการประชุมเริ่มโครงการ 2) ดําเนินการชําระค่าบํารุงรักษาลิขสิทธิ์ (MA License) แบบ Enterprise Support จํานวน 209 ไลเซนส์ให้กับบริษัท SAP 3) ให้บริการแก้ไขปัญหาและฟื้นฟูระบบเมื่อเกิดขัดข้อง รวมทั้งระบบสํารอง 4) ปรับตั้งค่าระบบ SAP ERP สํารองที่ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์สํารองให้พร้อมใช้งาน 5) จัดทําและส่งรายงานผลการตรวจสอบการใช้งานและการสํารองข้อมูลทางอีเมลเป็นรายไตรมาส
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดําเนินการตามขอบเขตงานทั้งหมดให้แล้วเสร็จภายในระยะเวลา 365 วัน นับจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณรวม 5,350,000 บาท (รวม VAT)
The Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) is seeking a contractor for the maintenance of its SAP ERP system and related software used for accounting, finance, budgeting, procurement, and maintenance functions. The core objective is to ensure continuous and effective operation of the SAP ERP ECC 5.0 system, which has been in use since fiscal year 2016.
The primary scope of work involves procuring and paying for the annual software license maintenance (SAP Enterprise Support) for the year 2025, covering 209 licenses, directly to SAP SE. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for providing support services which include troubleshooting and repairing system failures (including the backup system), configuring the SAP backup system at the disaster recovery site to ensure operational readiness, and generating quarterly reports on system access logs and backup status.
The contractor must complete all tasks within a contract period of 365 days from the signing date. The approved budget for this project is 5,350,000 Thai Baht (including VAT).
