รายละเอียดการจ้าง
กรมกิจการผู้สูงอายุ มีความประสงค์จ้างโครงการบํารุงรักษาระบบสารสนเทศของกองทุนผู้สูงอายุ ประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบํารุงรักษา ดูแล และแก้ไขระบบสารสนเทศของกองทุนผู้สูงอายุให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่อง รองรับการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่กองทุนผู้สูงอายุและประชาชนที่รับบริการในปัจจุบันและอนาคต
ขอบเขตการดําเนินงานครอบคลุมการดูแลบํารุงรักษาระบบสารสนเทศหลัก 5 ระบบ ได้แก่ 1) ระบบให้บริการกู้ยืมเงินทุนประกอบอาชีพ 2) ระบบขอรับเงินสนับสนุนโครงการของกองทุนผู้สูงอายุ 3) ระบบบริหารทรัพยากรองค์กร (ERP) 4) เว็บไซต์กองทุนผู้สูงอายุ และ 5) ระบบบัตรคิว นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการดูแลฐานข้อมูล การเชื่อมต่อระบบรับชําระเงินกับ Counter Service ธนาคารกรุงไทย และ ธ.ก.ส. การรับผิดชอบค่า SMS/OTP การปรับปรุง/พัฒนา API การจัดเก็บ Cookie และการจัดทําแผนการดําเนินงานบํารุงรักษาประจําปี รวมทั้งบันทึกกิจกรรมประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (ROPA) ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่ IT ผู้เชี่ยวชาญอย่างน้อย 1 คน ปฏิบัติงาน ณ กองทุนผู้สูงอายุ
The Department of Older Persons intends to hire a contractor for the “Maintenance of the Older Persons Fund Information System Project for the Fiscal Year 2026”. The objective is to maintain, manage, and rectify the information system of the Older Persons Fund to ensure efficient and continuous operation, supporting the work of fund officials and service recipients both now and in the future.
The scope of work covers the maintenance of five core information systems: 1) Occupational Loan Service System, 2) Project Funding Request System of the Older Persons Fund, 3) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, 4) Older Persons Fund Website, and 5) Queue Management System. It also includes database maintenance, integration with payment systems (Counter Service, Krungthai Bank, and BAAC), responsibility for SMS/OTP authentication costs, API development/improvement, cookie management, and the preparation of an annual maintenance plan along with a Record of Processing Activities (ROPA). The contractor must provide at least one qualified IT specialist to work onsite at the Older Persons Fund.
