กรมศุลกากรเปิดประกวดราคาเพื่อจ้างบริการบํารุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ “โครงการพัฒนาระบบพิธีการศุลกากรพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Commerce Customs System)” เป็นระยะเวลา 3 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน ถึง 30 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2569 โดยมีราคากลาง 4,311,000 บาท โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรักษาประสิทธิภาพและความพร้อมใช้งานของระบบสารสนเทศสําคัญที่สนับสนุนการดําเนินพิธีการศุลกากรแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบไร้เอกสาร สอดคล้องกับนโยบายรัฐบาลในการส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลและรองรับการเติบโตของธุรกิจ e-Commerce
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบํารุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แบบครบวงจร ทั้งในส่วนของฮาร์ดแวร์ (เช่น เซิร์ฟเวอร์, อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย, ระบบไฟฟ้า, UPS) ซอฟต์แวร์ (ระบบปฏิบัติการ, ซอฟต์แวร์ประยุกต์, ซอฟต์แวร์รักษาความปลอดภัย) ระบบสื่อสารภายในอาคาร และระบบสนับสนุนอื่นๆ โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องดําเนินการบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) การให้บริการสนับสนุนและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง รวมถึงการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ประยุกต์ (ถ้ามี) เพื่อให้ระบบดําเนินงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีเสถียรภาพ และมีความมั่นคงปลอดภัย
The Customs Department is inviting bids for the maintenance and repair service of computers, processing equipment, and computer systems for the “e-Commerce Customs System Development Project” for the fiscal year 2029. The contract period is 3 months, from April 1 to June 30, 2029, with an estimated budget of 4,311,000 THB. The project aims to ensure the operational efficiency and availability of the critical IT infrastructure supporting paperless electronic customs procedures, aligning with the government’s digital economy policy and the growth of e-commerce.
The scope of work includes comprehensive maintenance of all related computer systems, covering hardware (servers, network devices, power systems, UPS), software (operating systems, application software, security software), internal building communication systems, and other support systems. The contractor is required to perform preventive maintenance, provide 24/7 support and repair services, and carry out application software development (if applicable) to ensure continuous, stable, and secure system operations.
