กรมศุลกากรมีแผนจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายภายใต้โครงการเปลี่ยนทดแทนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพระบบของศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์สำรอง (รหัสโครงการ 224) เพื่อรองรับภารกิจหลักของกรมศุลกากรในการจัดเก็บภาษีอากรและอำนวยความสะดวกการค้าข้ามพรมแดน ซึ่งต้องอาศัยระบบสารสนเทศที่มั่นคงปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพสูง เนื่องจากภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง
ขอบเขตงานมุ่งเน้นการให้บริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงรุกและเชิงรับสำหรับระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ชุดใหม่ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยฮาร์ดแวร์สำคัญ 8 รายการหลัก ได้แก่ อุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูลภายนอก (External Storage), Application Delivery Controller, อุปกรณ์ SSL VPN, ระบบป้องกันการโจมตี DDoS, Web Application Firewall, อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ (Access Switch), ระบบสำรองข้อมูล และเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายสำหรับระบบบริหารจัดการเครือข่าย พร้อมด้วยซอฟต์แวร์ระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ให้บริการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค การตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) ตามกำหนดเวลา การซ่อมแซมแก้ไขปัญหาฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ ตลอดจนการพัฒนาปรับปรุง Application Software และดูแล System Software โดยต้องให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง เพื่อรักษาความต่อเนื่องและความปลอดภัยของระบบสารสนเทศซึ่งเป็นหัวใจของการให้บริการของกรมศุลกากร
The Customs Department is inviting bids for maintenance and repair services for computer systems and network equipment under the “Project to Replace and Enhance the Computer Systems of the Customs Department’s Backup Computer Center (Project Code 224)”. This aims to support the department’s core missions of tax collection and facilitating cross-border trade, which rely on highly secure and efficient information systems amidst growing cyber threats.
The scope of work focuses on providing proactive and reactive maintenance services for a new set of computer systems. This includes 8 key hardware items: External Storage, Application Delivery Controller, SSL VPN appliances, DDoS protection systems, Web Application Firewall, Access Switches, backup systems, and a server for Network Management, along with related system software.
The contractor is responsible for providing technical support, scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), hardware and software troubleshooting and repair, as well as the development and maintenance of application software and system software. Services must be available 24/7 to ensure the continuity and security of the information systems critical to the Customs Department’s operations.
