กรมศุลกากรมีความประสงค์จ้างเหมาบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่สนับสนุนระบบพิธีการศุลกากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบไร้เอกสาร (TCES) และระบบสนับสนุนอื่นๆ เพื่อให้บริการแก่ประชาชนและหน่วยงานพันธมิตรได้อย่างต่อเนื่องตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง โดยไม่มีวันหยุด โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาบริการ 2 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน ถึง 31 พฤษภาคม 2569 ด้วยวงเงินงบประมาณกลาง 2,365,800 บาท
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการให้บริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และการแก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อเกิดเหตุ (Corrective Maintenance) สำหรับระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Server) ที่ใช้สถาปัตยกรรม RISC และรันระบบปฏิบัติการ Oracle Solaris, ระบบฐานข้อมูล Oracle Database, ซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับทำ Clustering, Application Software, System Software รวมถึงอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย SAN Switch, สายสื่อสาร และระบบไฟฟ้าภายในอาคารศูนย์สารสนเทศด้านศุลกากร ณ อาคาร 120 ปี และอาคารศุลกพิพัฒน์ 140 ปี ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล
ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีทีมงานพร้อมให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และดำเนินการซ่อมแซมหรือเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ (รวมแบตเตอรี่) โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมจากราคาสัญญา รวมถึงต้องรับประกันการซ่อมแซมความชำรุดบกพร่องที่เกิดขึ้นในระหว่างสัญญาเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 61 วัน
The Customs Department intends to hire a contractor for the maintenance and repair of computer systems supporting the Thai Customs Electronic Systems (TCES) and other supporting systems. The objective is to ensure continuous, 24/7 service availability for the public and partner agencies. The service period is 2 months, from April 1 to May 31, 2029, with a median budget of 2,365,800 THB.
The scope of work includes preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance for server systems utilizing RISC architecture and running Oracle Solaris OS, Oracle Database, clustering software, application software, system software, as well as SAN Switch devices, internal cabling, and power systems. The equipment is located at the Customs Information Centers in the 120-Year Building and the 140-Year Customs Building in Bangkok and its vicinity.
The contractor must provide 24/7 support, perform repairs or part replacements (including batteries) at no additional cost beyond the contract price, and guarantee repairs for defects occurring during the contract period for at least 61 days.
