เทศบาลตำบลบางพระ มีความประสงค์จัดจ้างเหมาบริการโครงการจัดงานส่งเสริมประเพณีแห่พญายม-สงกรานต์บางพระ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 เพื่ออนุรักษ์และเผยแพร่มรดกวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นอันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ “หนึ่งเดียวในไทย” สู่ระดับสากล ส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว สร้างรายได้ให้ชุมชน และส่งเสริมความร่วมมือของคนในท้องถิ่น งานจะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 17-18 เมษายน 2569 บริเวณสวนสาธารณะเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ร.9, โดมห้วยสุครีพ และพื้นที่โดยรอบของเทศบาลตำบลบางพระ
ขอบเขตการดำเนินงาน (Scope of Work) มีความครอบคลุมและซับซ้อน ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมหลักหลายส่วน ได้แก่ 1) การจัดพิธีและกิจกรรมทางศาสนา เช่น พิธีพุทธ-พราหมณ์ พิธีบวงสรวงองค์พญายม พิธีส่งองค์พญายมลงสู่ทะเล 2) การจัดเตรียมและตกแต่งขบวนแห่ รวมถึงการสร้างหุ่นปั้นพญายมจำลอง ตกแต่งรถขบวนแห่ต่างๆ พร้อมอุปกรณ์และผู้แสดง 3) การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมและประเพณี เช่น กิจกรรมรดน้ำดำหัวผู้สูงอายุในวันสงกรานต์ การแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทย การแสดงตำนานแห่พญายม 4) การจัดการแสดงและมหรสพ ประกอบด้วยการแสดงดนตรีรำวง ศิลปินชื่อเสียงระดับประเทศ การแสดงรำ และวงปี่พาทย์ 5) การจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาพื้นบ้านและมวยไทย 6) การจัดสถานที่และระบบสนับสนุนงานทั้งหมด ครอบคลุมการจัดหาและติดตั้งเวทีใหญ่พร้อมระบบแสง สี เสียง จอ LED, ระบบไฟฟ้า (รวมเครื่องปั่นไฟสำรอง), การตกแต่งไฟประดับพื้นที่, การจัดหาเต็นท์ โต๊ะ เก้าอี้, การบริการน้ำดื่มและอาหารรับรอง, การจัดการสุขาเคลื่อนที่, การดูแลความปลอดภัย จราจร และปฐมพยาบาล 7) การประชาสัมพันธ์งาน ทั้งผ่านป้ายไวนิลในสถานที่ต่างๆ และการประชาสัมพันธ์ออนไลน์ผ่านโซเชียลมีเดีย พร้อมการถ่ายทอดสดกิจกรรมสำคัญ
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ดำเนินการทั้งหมดให้พร้อมก่อนวันที่ 17 เมษายน 2569 และต้องส่งมอบงานบันทึกภาพนิ่งในรูปแบบเอกเทอร์นอล ฮาร์ดดิสก์ พร้อมสรุปภาพงาน 2 เล่ม ภายใน 10 วันหลังงานเสร็จสิ้น
The Bang Phra Subdistrict Municipality intends to hire a contractor for the “Project to Organize the Promotion of the Phaya Yom Procession - Songkran Bang Phra Tradition for Fiscal Year 2026.” The project aims to conserve and promote the unique local cultural heritage, known as “the only one in Thailand,” to an international level, boost tourism, generate local income, and foster community cooperation. The event will take place on April 17-18, 2026, at the King Rama IX Memorial Public Park, Doi Huai Sukreep, and surrounding areas of Bang Phra Subdistrict.
The Scope of Work is comprehensive and includes: 1) Organizing religious ceremonies and rituals, such as Buddhist-Brahmin ceremonies, the worship ceremony for the Phaya Yom deity, and the ritual of sending the Phaya Yom figure to the sea. 2) Preparing and decorating procession floats, including crafting a replica Phaya Yom statue and decorating various procession vehicles with performers. 3) Organizing cultural and traditional activities, like the Songkran water-pouring ceremony for elders, Thai cultural performances, and a performance depicting the legend of the Phaya Yom procession. 4) Managing shows and entertainment, featuring folk music and dance performances, nationally famous artists, dance shows, and a traditional piphat ensemble. 5) Organizing traditional sports and Muay Thai competitions. 6) Providing complete venue setup and logistical support, encompassing the installation of a main stage with full lighting, sound, and LED screen systems, power supply (including backup generators), decorative lighting for the area, provision of tents, tables, chairs, drinking water and catering services, mobile toilets, and security, traffic, and first aid management. 7) Publicizing the event through vinyl banners at various locations and online promotion via social media, including live streaming of key activities.
The contractor must complete all preparations before April 17, 2026, and is required to deliver still image records on an external hard drive along with 2 summary photo albums within 10 days after the event concludes.
