กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมืองมีแผนดำเนินโครงการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายเสมือน VMware เพื่อรักษาความต่อเนื่องและประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศที่ให้บริการแก่บุคลากรภายในและประชาชน หลักการของโครงการคือการป้องกันการขัดข้องของระบบและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว โดยงานหลักครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาตามระยะเวลา (Preventive Maintenance) จำนวน 3 ครั้ง ตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา 1 ปี พร้อมบริการซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) แบบ On-site และ Remote Support ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง การดำเนินงานจะเกิดขึ้น ณ ศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของกรมฯ ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังคือระบบแม่ข่ายเสมือนที่มีความพร้อมใช้งานสูง ลดการหยุดชะงักของบริการข้อมูล และสนับสนุนการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ได้อย่างเต็มที่
The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning plans to implement a maintenance project for its VMware virtual machine server equipment to ensure the continuity and efficiency of its information systems serving internal personnel and the public. The project aims to prevent system failures and enable rapid problem resolution. The main scope of work includes scheduled preventive maintenance three times over a one-year contract period, along with on-site and remote corrective maintenance support available 24/7. Work will be carried out at the department’s Information Technology Center in Bangkok. The expected outcome is a highly available virtual server system that minimizes service disruption and fully supports staff operations.
