กรมการพัฒนาชุมชนเปิดประมูลงานจ้างบำรุงรักษาระบบประชุมทางไกลผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตและอุปกรณ์ศูนย์ข้อมูลกลางเพื่อการตัดสินใจ ซึ่งเป็นระบบที่ใช้สนับสนุนการทำงานและขับเคลื่อนภารกิจของเจ้าหน้าที่ทั่วประเทศอย่างต่อเนื่อง เนื่องจากอุปกรณ์มีการใช้งานสูงและเริ่มเสื่อมสภาพตามอายุการใช้งาน
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ทั้งฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ให้พร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา ป้องกันความเสี่ยงจากการหยุดให้บริการของระบบ พร้อมมีอุปกรณ์สำรองทดแทน รวมถึงลดค่าใช้จ่ายและความเสี่ยงในการเดินทางประชุม ตลอดจนใช้ทรัพยากรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศให้คุ้มค่าสำหรับกิจกรรมอื่นๆ เช่น การติดตามผลเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณ หรือการจัดอบรมทางไกลออนไลน์แบบสองทาง
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย การศึกษา สำรวจ และปรับปรุงข้อมูลโครงสร้างระบบ จัดทำทะเบียนประวัติอุปกรณ์ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน และดูแลบำรุงรักษาซ่อมแซมครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์ในระบบ โดยครอบคลุม 3 ระบบหลัก: 1) ระบบควบคุมการประชุมแบบหลายจุด (MCU) 2) ระบบประชุมทางไกลแบบ Video Conference Systems (Endpoint) จำนวน 90 ชุดทั่วประเทศ และ 3) ระบบรับชมวีดีโอผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ต (Streaming) อีก 89 ชุด โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องสามารถแก้ไขปัญหา ปรับแต่งระบบ และถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ของกรมได้
The Department of Community Development (DCD) is inviting bids for the maintenance project of its internet-based video conference system and central data center equipment for decision-making. This system is critical for supporting the operations of DCD officials nationwide. Due to high usage and aging equipment, maintenance is required to ensure continuous and efficient service.
The project aims to maintain and repair both hardware and software components, prevent service disruption risks with backup equipment, reduce travel costs and risks for meetings, and maximize the use of ICT resources for other supporting activities like budget disbursement tracking and online remote training.
The core scope of work includes studying, surveying, and updating the system structure data; maintaining an up-to-date equipment registry; and maintaining, repairing, and replacing computer equipment parts. The work covers three main systems: 1) Multipoint Control Unit (MCU), 2) Video Conference Endpoint systems (90 sets nationwide), and 3) Internet Video Streaming systems (89 sets). The contractor must be capable of troubleshooting, system configuration, and knowledge transfer to DCD staff.
