รายละเอียดการจ้าง
กรมศุลกากรมีความประสงค์จะจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และอุปกรณ์สนับสนุนทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ “โครงการพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบใบอนุญาตและใบรับรองอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพื่อการนำเข้า ส่งออกและการเชื่อมโยงระบบกรมศุลกากรกับระบบกลาง” ระยะเวลาจ้าง 2 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน ถึง 31 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2569
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ทั้งหมดของโครงการ ซึ่งรวมถึง 1) ระบบฮาร์ดแวร์ เช่น เซิร์ฟเวอร์, อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย (Switch, Load Balancing), ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย (Firewall, IPS/IDS), ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูล, อุปกรณ์สำรองข้อมูล, ระบบไฟฟ้า (UPS) และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงอื่นๆ 2) ระบบซอฟต์แวร์ เช่น ระบบปฏิบัติการ Sun Solaris 10, ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล Oracle Database 10g, และซอฟต์แวร์ประยุกต์ต่างๆ
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ให้บริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น รวมทั้งจัดเตรียมทีมงานสนับสนุนที่สามารถติดต่อได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง โดยราคาที่เสนอต้องครอบคลุมค่าแรง ค่าอะไหล่ (รวมแบตเตอรี่) ค่าภาษี และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ทั้งปวง เพื่อให้ระบบทำงานได้สมบูรณ์โดยกรมศุลกากรไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม
The Customs Department is inviting bids for maintenance and repair services for the computer system of the “Electronic License and Certificate Verification System Development Project for Import, Export and Customs System Integration”. The contract period is 2 months, from April 1 to May 31, 2027, with an estimated budget of 466,500 THB.
The core scope of work involves comprehensive maintenance of all computer hardware, software, and supporting equipment related to the project. This includes: 1) Hardware systems such as servers, network devices (switches, load balancers), security appliances (firewalls, IPS/IDS), data storage systems, backup devices, power systems (UPS), and peripherals. 2) Software systems including the Sun Solaris 10 operating system, Oracle Database 10g, and various application software.
The contractor is responsible for providing both preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring system availability. They must also provide a 24/7 support team. The proposed price must be all-inclusive, covering labor, spare parts (including batteries), taxes, and all other expenses to ensure the system operates fully without any additional cost to the Customs Department.
