The Department of Religious Affairs has issued a Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project to upgrade and improve its official website. The project aims to develop a modern, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive website that serves as an effective communication tool for disseminating religious information and news. Key objectives include enhancing the department’s public image and facilitating easier access to information for children, youth, and the general public.
The scope of work involves a comprehensive analysis of the existing system, followed by the design and approval of prototypes covering wireframes, mock-ups, UX/UI, site maps, and workflow diagrams. Subsequently, the contractor will develop the new website according to specified technical requirements, migrate data from the old site, and deploy the system on a designated cloud infrastructure. The project also includes implementing SEO tools, creating user manuals, and conducting a one-day training session for at least 30 department staff members.
