กองการศึกษา เทศบาลนครแม่สอด มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาผู้รับจ้างรายเดียวเพื่อดำเนินการจัดงานประเพณีสงกรานต์ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2559 อย่างครบวงจร งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้อยู่ที่ 1,200,000 บาท (ราคารวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7%) โดยใช้เกณฑ์การคัดเลือกผู้เสนอราคาจากราคาต่ำสุดที่คุณสมบัติผ่าน
งานจะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 13-15 เมษายน 2559 ในสองพื้นที่หลัก: 1) สำนักงานเทศบาลนครแม่สอด (วันที่ 13 เมษายน เช้า) สำหรับกิจกรรมรดน้ำดำหัวผู้สูงอายุ และ 2) ลานอเนกประสงค์หน้าศูนย์การค้าโรบินสัน ไลฟ์สไตล์ แม่สอด และบริเวณถนนยอดข้าว (วันที่ 13-15 เมษายน) สำหรับกิจกรรมหลักต่างๆ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมทุกด้าน ได้แก่ 1) งานประชาสัมพันธ์ล่วงหน้า เช่น การจัดทำและติดตั้งป้ายไวนิลและป้ายกองโจร 2) การจัดเตรียมสถานที่และอุปกรณ์สำหรับพิธีรดน้ำดำหัว 3) การจัดการประกวดเทพีสงกรานต์ พร้อมพิธีกร ชุดการแสดง และรางวัล 4) การจัดการแสดงดนตรีโดยมีศิลปินมีชื่อเสียงและวงดนตรีท้องถิ่น 5) การจัดแสดงมหรสพครบวงจร ซึ่งรวมถึงการออกแบบและติดตั้งเวทีกลางขนาดใหญ่ จอ LED ระบบเสียง แสง สี เครื่องดนตรีคุณภาพสูง ไฟประดับ ตลอดจนการจัดหาบริการสนับสนุนภายในงาน เช่น จุดบริการน้ำเล่นสงกรานต์ รถสุขาเคลื่อนที่ หน่วยปฐมพยาบาล เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย และการทำความสะอาดพื้นที่

The Education Division of Mae Sot Municipality is seeking a single contractor to comprehensively organize the Songkran Festival for the fiscal year 2016. The project budget is 1,200,000 THB (including 7% VAT), with the selection criteria being the lowest price from qualified bidders.
The event will be held from April 13-15, 2016, across two main venues: 1) Mae Sot Municipality Office (morning of April 13) for the water-pouring ceremony for elders, and 2) the multi-purpose area in front of Robinson Lifestyle Mall Mae Sod and Thanon Yod Khao (April 13-15) for the main activities.
The scope of work is all-encompassing, including: 1) Pre-event publicity, such as producing and installing vinyl and temporary signs. 2) Venue setup and equipment for the elder blessing ceremony. 3) Management of the Songkran Beauty Pageant, including hosts, performance costumes, and prizes. 4) Organization of musical performances featuring a famous artist and local bands. 5) Full-scale stage production for the entertainment shows. This involves designing and installing a large main stage, LED screen, high-quality sound, lighting, and music systems, decorative lights, as well as providing all on-site support services. These services include water play stations, mobile toilets, first aid units, security personnel, and post-event cleanup.
The contractor is solely responsible for all costs incurred during the event, including water, electricity, payments to support units, and any damages arising from the operations.
