สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เปิดโครงการเช่าคอมพิวเตอร์ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 เพื่อนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่มาใช้สนับสนุนการให้บริการด้านการศึกษาและระบบทะเบียนประมวลผลที่มีประสิทธิภาพ รวดเร็ว และรองรับเทคโนโลยีเช่น AI, Big Data, Cloud Computing โดยโครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเช่าเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ใหม่ทดแทนของเดิมที่มีอายุเกิน 3 ปี เป็นระยะเวลาสัญญาเช่า 5 ปี รวมทั้งสิ้น 53 เครื่อง แบ่งเป็น 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แบบตั้งโต๊ะ (Desktop PC) จำนวน 14 เครื่อง, เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แบบพกพา (Notebook) จำนวน 30 เครื่อง, เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แบบพกพาประสิทธิภาพสูง จำนวน 5 เครื่อง และเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แบบ All-in-One จำนวน 4 เครื่อง โดยแต่ละประเภทมีข้อกำหนดคุณลักษณะทางเทคนิคที่ชัดเจนและค่อนข้างสูง
ผู้ให้เช่ามีหน้าที่จัดหาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ใหม่ทั้งหมดให้ตรงตามสเปก จัดส่งและติดตั้งให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 60 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา พร้อมติดตั้งระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows 11 โดยใช้สัญญาอนุญาตของมหาวิทยาลัย โครงการนี้เน้นการบริการหลังการขายและรับประกันที่เข้มงวด โดยผู้ให้เช่าต้องมีศูนย์บริการของเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ในประเทศไทยที่สามารถให้บริการแบบ On-site และรับประกันอุปกรณ์และอะไหล่นานไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี ตลอดอายุสัญญา รวมถึงต้องจัดบริการซ่อมบำรุงฟรีและมีเครื่องสำรองทดแทนให้ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหากจำเป็น
The Academic Administration and Development Division of Khon Kaen University has launched a computer leasing project for the fiscal year 2569. The project aims to lease new computer equipment to replace aging units (over 3 years old) to enhance operational efficiency and support modern technologies like AI, Big Data, and Cloud Computing for educational and registration system services. The lease term is 5 years for a total of 53 computers across four categories: 14 Desktop PCs, 30 Notebooks, 5 High-Performance Notebooks, and 4 All-in-One PCs. Each category has detailed and relatively high technical specifications.
The lessor is responsible for supplying all new computers according to the specified technical requirements, delivering and installing them within 60 days from the contract signing date, and installing the Microsoft Windows 11 operating system using the university’s licenses. The project emphasizes stringent after-sales service and warranty conditions. The lessor must have an official manufacturer’s service center in Thailand capable of providing on-site service and must offer a warranty on parts and labor for a minimum of 5 years, covering the entire lease period. Maintenance services, including free repairs and provision of replacement units within 24 hours when necessary, are also required.
