สถาบันวัคซีนแห่งชาติมีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาจ้างผู้บริหารจัดการงาน “การประชุมวิชาการวัคซีนแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 12” ซึ่งกำหนดจัดขึ้นในระหว่างวันที่ 14 - 16 กันยายน 2569 ณ โรงแรมอัศวิน แกรนด์ คอนเวนชั่น กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณราคากลาง 2,912,835.00 บาท
โครงการนี้เป็นงานจัดการประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติที่มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านวัคซีน สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ และเป็นเวทีเชื่อมโยงผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ภายใต้แนวคิดหลัก “Beyond Vaccine Development: Impact in a Changing World” โดยคาดว่าจะมีผู้เข้าร่วมประมาณ 300-500 คน
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบริหารจัดการประชุมแบบครบวงจร เริ่มตั้งแต่การวางแผนและออกแบบงาน การประสานงานกับวิทยากรและผู้เข้าร่วม การจัดการด้านสถานที่และอุปกรณ์ การจัดอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม การจัดการการนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการทั้งแบบปากเปล่าและโปสเตอร์ การจัดนิทรรศการ การลงทะเบียน ตลอดจนการประเมินผลและจัดทำรายงานสรุปหลังการจัดงาน
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีประสบการณ์และความพร้อมในการจัดการงานประชุมวิชาการในลักษณะเดียวกัน โดยมีเงื่อนไขด้านคุณสมบัติทางการเงินและประสบการณ์งานที่ชัดเจน การคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาประกอบเกณฑ์อื่น โดยให้ความสำคัญกับข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิคเป็นหลัก (น้ำหนัก 80%)
The National Vaccine Institute is inviting bids for the management of the “12th National Vaccine Conference”, scheduled for September 14-16, 2029, at the Awat Grand Convention Hotel in Bangkok. The estimated budget is 2,912,835.00 THB.
This project involves the comprehensive management of a national academic conference aimed at promoting and developing the capabilities of vaccine personnel, establishing academic collaboration networks, and connecting with domestic and international experts. The conference theme is “Beyond Vaccine Development: Impact in a Changing World,” with an expected attendance of 300-500 participants.
The scope of work covers end-to-end conference management, including planning and design, coordination with speakers and attendees, venue and equipment management, catering, management of oral and poster presentations, exhibition organization, registration, and post-event evaluation and reporting.
Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience and capability in managing similar academic conferences, with specific financial and past performance requirements. The winning bid will be selected based on a combined scoring method of price and other factors, with significant weight given to the technical proposal (80%).
