สถาบันข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (องค์การมหาชน) มีความประสงค์จ้างเหมาบริการเพื่อจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการพัฒนานวัตกรรมและทักษะด้านการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data Analytics) และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 จำนวน 1 โครงการ กิจกรรมหลักจะจัดในรูปแบบ Hackathon เป็นเวลา 3 วัน ณ จังหวัดขอนแก่น (วันที่ประมาณการ 3-5 กรกฎาคม 2569) โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายหลักคือนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายและนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา (ปริญญาตรี) จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 60 คน
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบงานครอบคลุมทุกด้าน เริ่มตั้งแต่การจัดทำแผนดำเนินงาน (Action Plan) และออกแบบกิจกรรม การกำหนด Problem Statement ที่สอดคล้องกับเทคโนโลยี AI การประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วัน การสรรหาคณะกรรมการตัดสิน วิทยากร และพิธีกร การบริหารระบบรับสมัครออนไลน์ การพัฒนาและดูแลเว็บไซต์เฉพาะโครงการ ตลอดจนการจัดเตรียมสถานที่ อาหาร อุปกรณ์ และที่พักสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและเจ้าหน้าที่ของ สขญ.
หลังจบกิจกรรม ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบเว็บไซต์โครงการ พร้อม Source Code, ฐานข้อมูล และคู่มือการใช้งานให้กับ สขญ. พร้อมโอนสิทธิ์การจัดการโดเมน และรับประกันการทำงานของเว็บไซต์เป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วัน วงเงินงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 2,000,000 บาท (รวม VAT แล้ว) และระยะเวลาส่งมอบงานทั้งหมดต้องแล้วเสร็จภายใน 180 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Big Data Institute (Public Organization) intends to hire a contractor to organize an activity promoting innovation and skills in the application of Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies for the fiscal year 2029, comprising 1 project. The main activity will be a 3-day Hackathon in Khon Kaen Province (tentatively scheduled for July 3-5, 2029), targeting at least 60 high school and undergraduate university students.
The contractor is responsible for all aspects, including creating an action plan and designing the activity, defining relevant AI Problem Statements, promoting the project for at least 30 days, recruiting judges, speakers, and hosts, managing the online registration system, developing and maintaining a dedicated project website, as well as arranging the venue, food, equipment, and accommodation for participants and BDI staff.
After the event, the contractor must deliver the project website, including its source code, database, and user manual to BDI, transfer domain management rights, and guarantee the website’s functionality for at least 30 days. The project budget is 2,000,000 THB (VAT inclusive), and the complete delivery must be finished within 180 days from the contract signing date.
