โครงการบำรุงรักษาศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Data Center Room) ของกรมโยธาธิการและผังเมือง มุ่งมั่นรักษาความต่อเนื่องและประสิทธิภาพของบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศซึ่งเป็นหัวใจหลักของหน่วยงาน เนื่องจากศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์นี้เป็นสถานที่ให้บริการเว็บไซต์ ระบบสารสนเทศดิจิทัล และเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตสำหรับบุคลากรและประชาชน การหยุดชะงักเพียงเล็กน้อยอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อบริการทั้งหมด
ขอบเขตการดำเนินงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์และระบบสนับสนุนทั้งหมดภายในศูนย์ข้อมูล ตามรายการในภาคผนวก งานแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วนหลัก: 1) การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) เพื่อตรวจสอบ ทดสอบ และทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์เป็นประจำทุกเดือน และ 2) การบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) เพื่อตอบสนองและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นฉับพลันภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด เช่น 1-4 ชั่วโมง นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการบำรุงรักษารายเดือนและรายปี ตลอดจนการจัดอบรมบุคลากรของกรม
การบำรุงรักษาดังกล่าวมีเป้าหมายเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงของการหยุดทำงานของระบบ (Downtime) และรับประกันความพร้อมใช้งาน ความปลอดภัย และเสถียรภาพของศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย ซึ่งประกอบด้วยระบบสำคัญ เช่น ระบบสำรองไฟฟ้าอัตโนมัติ (UPS), ระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าฉุกเฉิน (Generator), ระบบตรวจจับและดับเพลิง, ระบบตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิ/ความชื้น/น้ำรั่ว, และระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย (CCTV, ประตูควบคุม)
The Data Center Room Maintenance Project of the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning aims to ensure the continuity and efficiency of its core information technology services. This data center hosts critical digital services, websites, information systems, and internet connectivity for both internal staff and the public. Any disruption could halt all services.
The scope of work encompasses comprehensive maintenance of all support equipment and systems within the data center, as per the appendix. Work is divided into two main parts: 1) Preventive Maintenance for regular monthly inspection, testing, and cleaning of equipment, and 2) Corrective Maintenance for rapid response and repair of unexpected failures within specified timeframes (e.g., 1-4 hours). The project also includes submitting monthly and annual maintenance reports and providing training for the department’s personnel.
This maintenance aims to minimize system downtime risk and guarantee the high availability, safety, and stability of the data center. Key systems under maintenance include the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Emergency Generator System, fire detection and suppression systems, environmental monitoring systems (temperature, humidity, water leakage), and security systems (CCTV, access control doors).
