กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมืองมีโครงการจัดจ้างเพื่อบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายไร้สาย ณ สำนักงานใหญ่ ถนนพระรามที่ 6 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้บริการเครือข่ายไร้สายภายในหน่วยงานมีความต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด สามารถรองรับการเชื่อมต่อจากอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เช่น สมาร์ทโฟน แท็บเล็ต และโน้ตบุ๊กได้อย่างมั่นคง และเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างรวดเร็วโดยไม่กระทบต่อการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่
โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายไร้สายที่มีอยู่เดิม (พระรามที่ 5) งานหลักประกอบด้วย 1) การซ่อมแซม แก้ไข และปรับปรุงอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายไร้สายที่ชำรุดหรือขัดข้องจากการใช้งาน และ 2) การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้อุปกรณ์เกิดความเสียหายหรือขัดข้อง โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องเข้าดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาตามตารางที่กำหนด จำนวน 3 ครั้ง ตลอดระยะเวลาของสัญญา ณ สถานที่ตั้งอุปกรณ์ภายในกรมฯ
ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังคือระบบเครือข่ายไร้สายที่มีความเสถียรและพร้อมใช้งานสูง ลดโอกาสการหยุดชะงักของระบบสารสนเทศ และสนับสนุนการทำงานของบุคลากรภายในกรมโยธาธิการและผังเมืองได้อย่างเต็มที่
The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning is hiring a contractor for the maintenance of its wireless network system (Rama V) at its headquarters on Rama VI Road. The main objectives are to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the internal wireless network service, enabling stable connections from various devices like smartphones, tablets, and laptops, and to swiftly resolve any issues without affecting staff operations.
This project focuses on maintaining the existing wireless network system. The primary tasks include 1) Repairing, troubleshooting, and upgrading faulty or malfunctioning wireless network equipment, and 2) Performing preventive maintenance to prevent equipment damage or failure. The contractor must carry out scheduled preventive maintenance 3 times throughout the contract period at the equipment locations within the Department.
The expected outcome is a stable and highly available wireless network system, minimizing disruptions to information services and fully supporting the work of the Department’s personnel.
