องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสงขลา (อบจ.สงขลา) มีโครงการจัดงาน Songkhla Songkran Festival (SSF) เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว กระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจระดับท้องถิ่น และสร้างรายได้ให้ชุมชน ภายใต้กิจกรรมหลัก “ส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยววันไหลสทิงพระ” ซึ่งกำหนดจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 15-16 เมษายน 2569 ณ บริเวณหาดมหาราช ตำบลจะทิ้งพระ อำเภอสทิงพระ จังหวัดสงขลา
ขอบเขตงานที่ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการครอบคลุมทุกด้านของการจัดอีเวนต์ขนาดใหญ่ ได้แก่ 1) งานออกแบบแนวคิดและโลโก้ 2) งานจัดและตกแต่งสถานที่อย่างครบวงจร รวมถึงการติดตั้งเต็นท์กว่า 150 หลัง จุดเช็คอิน ระบบไฟฟ้า แผงกั้นจราจร และป้ายต่างๆ 3) งานระบบเวที แสง สี เสียง โดยมีเวทีหลักขนาดใหญ่ พร้อมจอ LED และระบบเสียงคุณภาพสูง 4) งานกิจกรรมเล่นน้ำ เช่น การจัดทำอุโมงค์น้ำขนาดใหญ่และปาร์ตี้โฟม 5) งานมหรสพและการแสดง ซึ่งกำหนดให้มีพิธีกร นักแสดงดีเจ ศิลปินท้องถิ่น และศิลปินที่มีชื่อเสียงระดับประเทศ 6) งานรักษาความปลอดภัยและปฐมพยาบาล และ 7) งานทำความสะอาด พร้อมทั้งมีงานพิธีเปิดในวันที่ 15 เมษายน 2569 อีกด้วย
โครงการนี้มุ่งสร้างประสบการณ์การเล่นน้ำสงกรานต์ที่สนุกสนาน ปลอดภัย และมีสีสัน เพื่อดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและต่างชาติ โดยเฉพาะจากประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน ให้มาเที่ยวจังหวัดสงขลาในช่วงเทศกาล
The Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) is launching the Songkhla Songkran Festival (SSF) project to promote tourism, stimulate the local economy, and generate income for the community. The core activity is the “Sathing Phra Songkran Water Festival Promotion,” scheduled for April 15-16, 2025, at Maharach Beach, Sathing Phra District, Songkhla Province.
The contractor’s scope of work is comprehensive, covering all aspects of a large-scale event: 1) Conceptual and logo design, 2) Full-scale venue setup and decoration, including the installation of over 150 tents, a check-in point, power supply, traffic barriers, and signage, 3) Stage, lighting, and sound systems with a large main stage, LED screen, and high-quality audio, 4) Water play activities like large water tunnels and foam parties, 5) Entertainment and performances, featuring emcees, DJs, local artists, and nationally renowned singers, 6) Security and first aid services, and 7) Cleanup operations. An opening ceremony is also required on April 15, 2025.
This project aims to create a fun, safe, and vibrant Songkran water festival experience to attract both Thai and foreign tourists, especially from neighboring countries, to visit Songkhla during the festival period.
