กองทุนเพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา (กสศ.) โดยสำนักพัฒนาคุณภาพครูและสถานศึกษา มีความมุ่งหมายในการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม IAMKRU ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่สังคมสร้างสรรค์ของคนสอน ให้กลายเป็นแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้แนวใหม่ (Learning Platform) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและทันสมัย โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการยกระดับศักยภาพของแพลตฟอร์มทั้งในด้านเนื้อหา เทคโนโลยี และการมีส่วนร่วม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเป็นพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้สำหรับครูและนักจัดการเรียนรู้ สร้างและเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้คุณภาพจากโครงการต่าง ๆ ของ กสศ. ออกแบบการสื่อสารที่หลากหลายและตอบสนองต่อบริบทพื้นที่ เสริมสร้างพลังและชุมชนการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพ เชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายผู้ขับเคลื่อนการศึกษา ตลอดจนบำรุงรักษาและพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ให้มีเสถียรภาพ รองรับ SEO และการใช้งานบน Smart Devices
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารสำหรับช่องทางหลัก (เว็บไซต์, Facebook, YouTube) และช่องทางรอง การสร้างองค์ความรู้จากข้อมูลโครงการผ่านการผลิตบทความ สื่อสรุปสร้างสรรค์ คลิปวิดีโอ และ eBook การจัดกิจกรรมและแคมเปญเพื่อสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมทั้งออนไลน์และออนไซต์ การพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้ (Learning Platform) รวมถึงการออกแบบ UX/UI และฟังก์ชันการจัดการหลักสูตร และการบำรุงรักษาเว็บไซต์ www.iamkru.com บนระบบคลาวด์ (AWS/Cloudways) พร้อมการดูแลตาม SLA ที่กำหนด โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการรวม 315 วัน และมีการส่งมอบงานแบ่งเป็น 3 งวด
The Equitable Education Fund (EEF) aims to develop and elevate the IAMKRU platform into a modern and effective Learning Platform for teachers and educational personnel. This project focuses on enhancing the platform’s capabilities in content, technology, and user engagement. The main objectives are to create an online exchange space for educators, produce and disseminate quality knowledge derived from EEF’s projects, design diverse and context-responsive communication strategies, empower professional learning communities, connect education reform networks, and maintain and develop the www.iamkru.com website for stability, SEO, and smart device compatibility.
The core scope of work includes analyzing and designing communication strategies for primary (website, Facebook, YouTube) and secondary channels, creating knowledge content through articles, infographics, videos, and an eBook, organizing online and onsite engagement activities and campaigns, developing the Learning Platform with UX/UI design and course management functions, and maintaining the www.iamkru.com website on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Cloudways) with defined SLA support. The total project duration is 315 days, with deliverables divided into 3 phases.
