รายละเอียดการจ้าง
องค์การบริหารการพัฒนาพื้นที่พิเศษเพื่อการท่องยืน (อพท.) มีความต้องการจ้างผู้รับจ้างเพื่อดำเนินการดูแลบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ระบบการประชุมทางไกลผ่านจอภาพ (Video Conference) ให้มีความพร้อมใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดปีงบประมาณ 2569 งานนี้มีขอบเขตรับผิดชอบครอบคลุมอุปกรณ์ Video Conference จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 15 ชุด ซึ่งกระจายตัวอยู่ที่สำนักงาน อพท. ส่วนกลาง ณ กรุงเทพมหานคร 1 แห่ง และสำนักงานพื้นที่พิเศษอีก 9 แห่งทั่วประเทศ ได้แก่ พัทยา, หมู่เกาะช้าง, สุโขทัย, เลย, น่าน, อู่ทอง, ลุ่มน้ำทะเลสาบสงขลา, เชียงราย และคุ้งบางกะเจ้า
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่หลักในการจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงาน (Gantt Chart) การสำรวจและจัดทำรายงานสถานะอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด และการให้บริการบำรุงรักษา 2 รูปแบบหลัก ได้แก่ การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance: PM) ซึ่งสำหรับสำนักงานส่วนกลางต้องทำแบบ On-Site ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ครั้ง และสำนักงานพื้นที่ต้องทำแบบ On-Site ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ครั้ง และแบบ Remote/On-Site รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ครั้ง และการบำรุงรักษาแบบแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance: CM) ที่ต้องมีช่องทางรับแจ้งปัญหาตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และส่งทีมงานแก้ไขปัญหา On-Site ภายใน 4 ชั่วโมงทำการหากจำเป็น นอกจากนี้ งานยังรวมถึงการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพระบบโดยการต่ออายุบัญชี Cisco Webex Meeting และ Zoom Meeting อย่างละ 2 บัญชี เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี และการปรับปรุงระบบให้รองรับการประชุมผ่าน Zoom Meeting ได้อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ
The Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration (DASTA) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for its Video Conference system equipment for the fiscal year 2026. The scope of work covers 15 sets of Video Conference equipment installed at the DASTA headquarters in Bangkok and 9 special area offices across Thailand (Pattaya, Koh Chang, Sukhothai, Loei, Nan, U Thong, Songkhla Lake Basin, Chiang Rai, and Kung Bangkachao).
The contractor’s key responsibilities include developing a work plan (Gantt Chart), surveying and reporting on all equipment status, and providing two main types of maintenance services: Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM). The PM service requires a minimum of 3 on-site visits to the headquarters and a combination of on-site and remote support for the area offices. The CM service mandates a 24/7 problem reporting channel and on-site technical support within 4 business hours if needed. Additionally, the project involves enhancing system performance by renewing 2 Cisco Webex Meeting accounts and 2 Zoom Meeting accounts for one year each, and upgrading the system to fully support Zoom Meetings.
