สำนักงานสถิติจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ได้จัดทำโครงการเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัลขั้นสูง โดยเฉพาะด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ในกลุ่มธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยว การบริการ และการผลิตในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจผ่านกระบวนการ Upskill, Reskill และ New Skill โครงการมุ่งเน้นการสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจ และการประยุกต์ใช้ AI ในการทำงานจริงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ลดต้นทุน และสร้างนวัตกรรม
ขอบเขตการดำเนินงานครอบคลุมการวางแผน การประชาสัมพันธ์และการรับสมัคร การจัดฝึกอบรมพื้นฐานและการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบเข้มข้น ตลอดจนกิจกรรมแสดงผลงาน โดยผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทั้งหมด ซึ่งรวมถึงการจัดหาวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ สถานที่ อุปกรณ์ อาหาร และการอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ อย่างครบถ้วน
ผลผลิตที่คาดหวัง ได้แก่ การมีผู้ประกอบการ SMEs เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจำนวน 200 สถานประกอบการ แรงงานและผู้ประกอบการได้รับการพัฒนาทักษะด้าน AI จำนวน 200 ราย และมีการยกระดับทักษะแบบเข้มข้นให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการอีก 20 ราย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์สุดท้ายเพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถนำความรู้ไปเพิ่มมูลค่า ลดต้นทุน และเพิ่มรายได้ได้อย่างน้อย 10%
The Chiang Mai Provincial Statistical Office has initiated a project to enhance the digital skills, particularly in Artificial Intelligence (AI), of SMEs in the tourism, service, and manufacturing sectors in Chiang Mai Province. The goal is to boost business competitiveness through Upskill, Reskill, and New Skill processes, focusing on building understanding and practical application of AI to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and foster innovation.
The scope of work includes planning, publicity and registration, organizing basic training and intensive hands-on workshops, as well as result demonstration activities. The contractor is responsible for managing all learning activities, which encompasses procuring expert trainers, venues, equipment, catering, and providing full logistical support.
Expected outputs include the participation of 200 SME establishments, upskilling of 200 entrepreneurs/workers in AI, and intensive skill enhancement for 20 selected entrepreneurs. The ultimate objective is for participants to apply their knowledge to increase economic value, reduce production costs, and increase revenue by at least 10%.
