รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สำนักข่าวกรองแห่งชาติ (สนข.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างบริษัทเอกชนดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาระบบเชื่อมโยงและฐานข้อมูลกลางด้านการข่าว เพื่อให้ระบบที่มีอยู่สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อเนื่อง มีความทันสมัย เสถียรภาพ และมีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสูง วงเงินประมาณการที่กำหนดไว้คือ 1,935,000 บาท โดยโครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินงานทั้งสิ้น 365 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) สำหรับระบบสารสนเทศทั้งหมดภายใต้โดเมน parus.news ซึ่งประกอบด้วยระบบหลักต่างๆ เช่น ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลและฐานข้อมูลกลาง (รวมถึงการดูแลระบบฐานข้อมูลสำรอง Read Replica) ระบบรับ-ส่งข้อมูลข่าวสาร ระบบรายงานข่าวสารบนมือถือ ระบบสืบค้นข้อมูล ระบบรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย ระบบตรวจสอบประวัติบุคคล ระบบเชื่อมโยงฐานข้อมูลกับหน่วยงานภายนอก และระบบแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลข่าว นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการต่ออายุชื่อโดเมนและใบรับรอง SSL/TLS
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดทำและส่งมอบรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานรายเดือน รายงานการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและแก้ไข ตลอดจนรายงานผลการตรวจสอบความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของระบบสารสนเทศอย่างน้อยเดือนละครั้ง เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานประกอบการตรวจรับงานในแต่ละงวด สถานที่ส่งมอบงานและปฏิบัติงานอยู่ที่สำนักข่าวกรองแห่งชาติ เขตดุสิต กรุงเทพมหานคร
The National Intelligence Agency (NIA) is inviting bids for a one-year (365-day) maintenance contract for its intelligence data linkage and central database systems under the domain parus.news. The project, with an estimated budget of 1,935,000 THB, aims to ensure the systems’ continuous, efficient, modern, stable, and secure operation.
The scope of work includes both preventive and corrective maintenance for all information systems under the parus.news domain. Key systems encompass the central data storage and database system (including Read Replica management), information send/receive systems, mobile reporting systems, data search systems, information security systems, personal history verification systems, external agency database linkage systems, and intelligence data exchange systems. The contractor is also responsible for domain name and SSL/TLS certificate renewal.
The contractor must regularly produce and submit monthly performance reports, preventive and corrective maintenance reports, and information security audit reports (at least monthly) as evidence for work acceptance in each installment. Delivery and performance location is at the National Intelligence Agency headquarters in Dusit District, Bangkok.
