กองงานคณะกรรมการควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบ กรมควบคุมโรค เปิดการจัดจ้างเพื่อดำเนินการจัดงานรณรงค์วันงดสูบบุหรี่โลก ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2569 ตามประเด็นที่องค์การอนามัยโลกกำหนด โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับพิษภัยของผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบทุกรูปแบบ สร้างการรับรู้สาธารณะ และรณรงค์กระตุ้นเตือนให้เกิดความตระหนักในกลุ่มเยาวชนและประชาชน
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมทุกมิติของการจัดงานอีเวนต์ขนาดใหญ่ เริ่มตั้งแต่การเสนอแนวคิดการจัดงาน ออกแบบโลโก้และภาพหลัก (Key Visual) การจัดประกวดแข่งขัน Cover Dance World No Tobacco Day Contest 2026 ทั้งรอบคัดเลือกและรอบชิงชนะเลิศ พร้อมการจัดการรางวัลและค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง การจัดเตรียมและตกแต่งสถานที่จัดงานหลัก ณ โครงการฟีนิกซ์ ประตูน้ำ กรุงเทพมหานคร รวมถึงการออกแบบและจัดแสดงนิทรรศการหลายรูปแบบจากหน่วยงานภาคี
นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบการจัดพิธีการรับเสด็จ พิธีเปิดงาน และพิธีพระราชทานรางวัลอย่างสมพระเกียรติ ตามข้อกำหนดของสำนักพระราชวัง พร้อมอำนวยความสะดวกด้านสถานที่ อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม และที่พักสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมงานจำนวนมาก การประชาสัมพันธ์งานผ่านคลิปวิดีโอและสื่อต่างๆ ทั้งก่อนและระหว่างงาน การบันทึกภาพนิ่งและภาพเคลื่อนไหว และการประเมินความพึงพอใจผู้เข้าร่วมงาน รวมถึงการจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานฉบับสมบูรณ์หลังงานสิ้นสุด
The Office of the Tobacco Products Control Board is procuring services for the comprehensive organization of the World No Tobacco Day 2026 campaign event. The project aims to disseminate knowledge about the dangers of all forms of tobacco products, raise public awareness, and campaign to stimulate consciousness among youth and the general public.
The scope of work encompasses all aspects of a large-scale event management. This includes conceptualization, logo and key visual design, organizing a two-round Cover Dance competition (preliminary and final), award management, and decoration of the main venue at the Phenix Project, Pra Tu Nam, Bangkok. It also involves designing and setting up various exhibition booths for partner agencies.
Furthermore, the contractor is responsible for organizing a royal ceremony, opening ceremony, and award presentation ceremony with due protocol, in accordance with the Bureau of the Royal Household’s regulations. This includes providing full logistical support: venue, food, beverages, and accommodation for a large number of attendees. The contractor must also handle pre-event and during-event publicity through video clips and various media, still and motion picture documentation, participant satisfaction evaluation, and the submission of a comprehensive final report after the event concludes.
