โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาห้องอุปกรณ์สารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์/Data Center) ของศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเขต 1, 2 และ 3 ให้มีสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสม มีเสถียรภาพ และมีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐานสากล เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายของอุปกรณ์สารสนเทศอันเกิดจากปัญหาความร้อนสูงและระบบไฟฟ้าขัดข้องในอดีต ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการดำเนินงานใน 3 สถานที่ ได้แก่ เขต 1 (พระนครศรีอยุธยา) เขต 2 (ชลบุรี) และ เขต 3 (นครปฐม)
งานหลักประกอบด้วย: 1) งานปรับปรุงโครงสร้างห้อง เช่น การติดตั้งผนัง ISO Wall, ฝ้าอะคูสติก, ประตูบานสไลด์/สวิง และพื้นยกสําเร็จรูป 2) งานระบบไฟฟ้า เช่น การติดตั้งตู้เมนไฟฟ้าหลักใหม่พร้อมดิจิตอลพาวเวอร์มิเตอร์และ Surge Protection, ระบบสายดินแบบตาข่ายใต้พื้นยก และระบบแสงสว่าง 3) งานระบบปรับอากาศ ซึ่งเป็นหัวใจสำคัญ โดยต้องจัดหาและติดตั้งระบบเครื่องปรับอากาศแบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิและความชื้น (Precision Air Conditioning) ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 79,500 BTU/hr จำนวน 2 เครื่องต่อห้องสำหรับพื้นที่ Server Room และระบบ Split Type สำหรับห้อง Facility Room 4) งานระบบสนับสนุนและความปลอดภัย ซึ่งรวมถึงระบบตรวจจับน้ำรั่วซึมใต้พื้นยก, ระบบเฝ้าดูและแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติที่ต้องทำงานร่วมกับระบบเดิม (Packet Power), ระบบตรวจจับควันไฟความไวสูง, ระบบ CCTV และระบบควบคุมการเข้า-ออก (Access Control) 5) งานตู้ Rack และ Containment พร้อมระบบจ่ายไฟในตู้ และ 6) การย้ายอุปกรณ์เซิร์ฟเวอร์และเครือข่ายที่มีอยู่จากตู้เดิมเข้าตู้ Rack ใหม่ให้สามารถใช้งานได้ปกติ
โครงการมีวงเงินประมาณการ 24,000,000 บาท และกำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบงานทั้งโครงการภายใน 270 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
This project aims to renovate and develop the Information and Communication Equipment Rooms (Data Center/Server Rooms) at three regional ICT centers (Zone 1, 2, and 3) under the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior. The primary objective is to enhance the environmental stability, reliability, and security of these critical facilities to prevent equipment damage caused by past issues of high temperature and electrical system failures. The scope of work spans three locations: Zone 1 (Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya), Zone 2 (Chon Buri), and Zone 3 (Nakhon Pathom).
Key tasks include: 1) Room structural improvements, such as installing ISO Wall panels, acoustic ceilings, sliding/swing doors, and raised access floors. 2) Electrical system upgrades, including new main distribution boards with digital power meters and surge protection, an underfloor ground grid system, and lighting. 3) Air conditioning systems, which are critical, requiring the supply and installation of Precision Air Conditioning units (minimum 79,500 BTU/hr each, 2 units per Server Room) and Split-Type units for the Facility Room. 4) Support and safety systems, encompassing underfloor water leak detection, an environmental monitoring system that must integrate with the existing Packet Power system, very early smoke detection apparatus (VESDA), CCTV, and an Access Control System. 5) Rack and containment installation with in-rack power distribution units, and 6) Migration of existing servers and network equipment into the new racks with full operational continuity.
The project has a budget of 24,000,000 THB and a total delivery period of 270 days from the contract signing date.
